The Down to It podcast highlights people's real career journeys while also discussing mental health. The podcast's main objective is to provide free knowledge to young individuals who are either established in a career or wish to launch a business.
Many young people want to get into real estate but either don't know where to start or assume a massive amount is needed to venture into real estate. Today the property/real estate strategy I'm going to talk about is probably the most attractive to beginners because you do not need to own your own property to get into it and it's called Rent to Rent, specifically Rent to Serviced accommodation or Airbnb as many know it as.
This is the approach many successful companies are taking. For instance, Ube, if you're familiar with uber you'll know they don't own the cars that transport you or Airbnb, doubt they own any unit, same goes for Amazon and so many other multi-million pounds/dollars companies.
If they can leverage other people's assets or products so can you!
