In this episode, we continue exploring the significance of the biblical feasts and how they ultimately point to Jesus. His death perfectly coincided with the Jewish Passover, revealing Him as the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.
Through His sacrifice, the way was opened for the gift of the Holy Spirit and a restored, personal relationship with God—something that was not possible under the old covenant. As 2 Corinthians 5:17 reminds us, “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, the new has come.”

In this episode, we explore the powerful story of Passover and the Exodus—God’s “road out” for the Israelites after generations of slavery in Egypt. When God’s people cried out for help, He responded by raising up Moses to lead them to freedom. Through the Passover, God demonstrated both His power over Egypt and His faithful protection of His people, revealing that He was not distant, but actively present and working on their behalf.
More than a historical event, Passover points to a greater story of redemption. It foreshadows Jesus Christ, the true Lamb of God, who willingly walked toward the cross knowing the sacrifice that awaited Him. Just as the blood of the Passover lamb protected the Israelites, the blood of Jesus offers salvation and freedom to all who place their trust in Him.

Life is undeniably hard, but God is the ultimate healer, quietly working within us, even when we don’t notice. The question is: Do we dare to open ourselves to His transformative love?

Woodpeckers store acorns for the winter, preparing for times when food is scarce. Similarly, we need to "store up our acorns" to prepare for seasons of scarcity. In this context, "acorns" represent our finances.
All that we have ultimately belongs to God, and we are entrusted as temporary managers of these blessings. It's our responsibility to steward these resources wisely, ensuring we honor Him in the way we manage and plan for the future.

I had been praying so hard for so much. Then came His question searing deep into my heart. Wasn't He enough? Oh my. He was!...I had to bow down! (Story behind the song, Bowing Now.)
One day while pushing to get His work down, God had me step outside for a lesson in watching clouds.

Experiencing a storm is generally very different for those receiving rain versus snow. Just so, in life what people experience and how it impacts them is very different. It is vital we listen without discounting or disregard to all the voices of all the people.
God's goal is relationship with you, for your relationships with others and theirs with you. There will be suffering. Press on. You are His foot soldier of love. Holy Spirit will lead you.
The prayer Jesus taught ends with "Father, Your will be done on earth as in heaven." What does this mean?

When you choose to try to listen for Holy Spirit's voice, what happens if you hear Him wrong? Remember, you are God's toddler.
