Magical Women

Magical Women features the art and words by Neurodivergent women artists.

Magical Women was founded by Elinor Rowlands to create empowered and relaxed spaces for female artists, removing the risk found in Neurotypical situations. We support our artists with workshops, mentoring and exhibition opportunities, as well as a supportive community of Neurodivergent creatives.

*Neurodivergent = mainly autistic/ADHD

From Bath, Somerset, Natasha Oliver-Cork grew up around theatre and countryside where she would daydream for hours on end and create stories and characters. One of her songs, Seed, was developed in a Neurodivergent led Magical Women’s writing workshop. In Conversation with Gemma Abbott, Natasha opens up about how the understanding of her neurodiversity has meant a rediscovering of her authentic voice. She describes the power this offers on her perspective of the world, and how it affects her own practice as an actor-musician and writer, currently in her second year studying Acting at Drama Studio London.
