I am home from the state meeting in Dallas this past weekend. I had a great time meeting people from other chapters and my own chapter. After completing the mechanics test the first time through, I speed ran through the two tests with my rulebook in hand to secure a higher score of 94 on the rules test and a 100 on the mechanics test. I then went through and gave all the correct answers to the questions.

This test whooped me but this is just an analogy of what can happen on the field if an official doesn't know the rules. This test serves as more than a qualifier but as a gateway that will not open up and feed you to the wolves.
