Sindhu was diagnosed with smiling depression {"Smiling depression” is a term for someone living with depression on the inside while appearing perfectly happy or content on the outside. Their public life is usually one that’s “put together} and with her self love, efforts to get better helped her to overcome her issues. In this episode she has shared her mental health journey and how she became a better version of herself.

She has shared about how her clients settling and being happy was best part of her career,  about toxic positivity and information about her pro bono, sliding scale work.

First episode is with Raj Dagwar, an engineer based out from Pune who became viral after asking people to share their stories in exchange of 10 rupees by standing with a cardboard on Pune FC road. Raj was helping in breaking the stigma of mental health and he believes that "People who face mental health issues and seek professional help are warriors."
