Self Care is not Selfish- Take what you need for U!
Proverbs 4:23- States that ABOVE ALL ELSE, we must guard ourselves. We must guard, nourish, and care for our heart because it matters to him. He believes it is so valuable that it should be guarded above everything else!
Mark 9:23 Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to them that believe ."
Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Don't lean unto your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path!

Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Right Hand:
A very important assistant someone very close that you can trust to help you you!
Trust God as your right hand man!
Let Go and Let God! Take your hands off of it and let him work it out for you. When it's your time his will be done in your life. Trust him and the process!
Lord I Thank You!
Sometimes we just need a little encouragement in order to get through a rough spot in life. Remember and don't ever forget it! God has equipped you with everything that you need in this life to be successful. Even when in doubt, know that You Got This!

Self care is so important and is definitely needed. Create boundaries in order to protect your peace. Remember don't tap out on the wait!
