The DOG House is a podcast where theological dialogue will be discussed in a fun and upbeat manner. Theology is important, and we want the world to know that. However, we do not want to be forceful with our beliefs, but rather discuss in a respectful way. People are asking genuine questions, and they are not getting genuine answers. We want to change that.
In this week's episode, I ( Aaron) begin our 5 week series on TULIP. TULIP is also known as the 5 points of Calvinism acronym. This week's episode is on Total Depravity. Although none of the % points discussed in this series are essential for salvation, they are still important to be discussed and understood in order for believers in Christ to have a fair understanding of the beauty of the Gospel. Everything said in this episode is to reflect the beauty of God and acknowledge the depravity of man in order that Christ be magnified!
In this episode, Matthew and I (Aaron) share our testimonies and explain why we are Christians! We believe that your story matters! Sometimes the best way to evangelize to people is just to share your story. God's grace is sufficient! We hope you enjoy this episode, and see how God has moved in our life's!
In this episode, Matthew and I (Aaron) discuss whether secular music is appropriate for Christians to listen to or not. Concerning the legalistic mindset we touched on last week, we want to avoid that. However, there is a fine line in legalism verses what is simply dishonoring to God. We hope you enjoy this episode. Please keep in mind, much of what is said on this episode is based off of opinion. There is Scripture included throughout, so we just ask, whatever side you lean towards, is it aligned with the Bible and bring God glory. We hope you enjoy!
