When we’ve actively worked on the inner weaving process that happens when we practice pink Tantra and bring our inner Shiva consciousness into our sexual expression, we naturally experience the desire to unite with the opposite sex. In this episode, I coached Elesha through some fears and resistance she was experiencing about putting herself out there in the world as an Ayurveda practitioner. She found her love for Ayurveda when she was healing from mental illness and now that she is on the other side of this, she wants to share her gifts and medicine with the world.

After some exploration of the root of her anxiety and some other ailments she has struggled with in the past such as depression and cancer, we found that there was a generational pattern attached to an identity that ran through her mother’s lineage.

In this episode, I coached Alexis through experiencing the deep pain of the Mother Wound. Alexis became a first-time mother and lost her grandmother, which was her main mother figure, within a few months. This series of events initiated her into a journey of deep shadow work and healing of the original wound she experienced when her mother passed away. We explored the different ways in which this wound was showing up in her life, went over a few tools that would help her navigate this intense period, and discussed the ‘whore’ archetype and the shame around it.

In this episode, I coached Fernanda through some frustration she was experiencing with her family. Fernanda spent the last year working on the cultivation of more self-awareness through mindfulness and meditation. She started noticing triggers caused by some of her family members and she wanted to explore the root of these. In our conversation, we discovered that the lack of acceptance Fer was feeling from her family was just a messenger to show her where she was not accepting herself and rejecting some of her own emotions. This brought to the surface an important distinction between the cultivation of divine masculine and divine feminine energy and we went over an exercise to learn to embody a more receptive state.

In this episode, I coached Claire through some feelings of vulnerability and a sense of not feeling like she was good enough. In this episode, I spoke with Jennifer because she was struggling with the integration process of some plant medicine ceremonies she participated in. Jennifer drank Ayahuasca for the first time and was feeling a bit confused about her experience. There were many visions and expressions that did not make full sense to her so we unpacked those to find the root of the emotion that was being released in her ceremonies. This was a beautiful exploration into the darker expressions of human nature and how at the root of it all, we always find love.

In this episode, I spoke with Jania because she was feeling stagnant in her spiritual journey. Jania has been exploring non-dual philosophy for a few years attempting to liberate herself from the grasp of the ego. After some time of experiencing progress and feeling more peaceful, her ‘ego’ came back and she started feeling judgment against some emotions that were coming to the surface. This was followed by a lack of joy and even though she felt more peace than before, there was a void in her heart. This conversation led us into an exploration of feminine embodiment through reconnecting with our emotions and pleasure. Here we found that some of the things that were creating dissatisfaction were actually belief systems that were oppressive towards her feminine essence. These beliefs were rooted in cultural indoctrination and the church. Together, we explored the beauty of feeling and the peace and pleasure that comes with fully feeling our emotions.

In this episode, I coached Tanya through some changes she was experiencing in her interpersonal relationships after a period of intense shadow work, healing, and internal changes. Tanya found herself at a crossroads of letting go of old patterns and identities to create space for a new version of herself. In this episode, I coached Elena in navigating a traumatic event she experienced as a child that disconnected her from her body and her emotions for many years. These repressed emotions resurfaced after she became a mother and life invited her to finally give a voice to her inner child to free herself from the pain of her childhood experiences.
