This is one of the most controversial, yet thought-provoking questions that has ever been created in our 21st century world.
There are many people that hate it, but I don't think they truly understand the nature behind the question. IF you want to grow in the marketplace, you are going to have to be or become more valuable.
Money follows value. It is a value exchange.
You don't have value, you don't have money. Bottom line. Our pockets are a reflection of the value we have been providing.
If you don't like your pockets, it's time to level up your money!

Failure finds everyone! If you are not careful, you will allow it to define you.
Never give power to a moment and never misdiagnose a moment to an identity. You are not your failures. If you are not careful, you will allow for the mistakes, missteps, failed moment to consume you and that is not good.
So many people are dying because they believe they are their failures, but if you are wise, you will acknowledge that failures are your friend if you take the time to learn in the process.
