Andre and Marcus decide to keep things light and casual as they delve into the topic of nomadism - something novel, exciting and against the norm in Singapore.
In part 2 on the topic of Mental Health, Andre and Marcus open up about the idea of counselling and share the concept that counselling is for everyone. They also talk about overcoming the internalised stigma that comes with attending counselling and hope that listeners will know that mental health is a challenge that everyone faces - no one is alone despite mental wellness being an individual journey.
