Episode 38: Telemarketing Services in The Philippines
On this episode of Hire A Millennial Virtual Assistant Podcast, John talks about how Telemarketing Services are in The Philippines and why hiring in the Philippines is a good choice. John also talks about various techniques on how your business can still convert the 80% unanswered calls. John also discusses the several sorts of cold-calling services that you can outsource depending on the objective of the call.
In this episode, John shares that telemarketing in the Philippines is really powerful for businesses in the US. John adds that we have the skills that’s economical and can manage their productivity as well. In reality, 82% of consumers will still accept meetings with vendors who reach out to them on their own initiative. The problem is not with cold-calling or with cold outreach, but with a lack of engagement. It's all in how you go about it.
John also states that It is nearly hard to determine what their problems are. Salespeople are unable to employ a problem solving strategy in the situation and they attempt to pitch individual customers on the emotional side of the house. They will experience it as a result of their purchase. The goal is to take advantage of people's tendency to buy on the spur of the moment. The outcomes of this are widely inconsistent and often unpredictable.

**Episode 34: How to Offer Outstanding Social Media Customer Service
On this episode of Hire A Millennial Virtual Assistant Podcast, John talks about how social media is so convenient and helps big time in relation to the business. It's easy to find the brand they're looking for and all they need is an account on, on the platform. If you're not using social media for customer service, you're missing out. In fact, Around half of customers may have a more favorable view of your brand.**
In this episode, John shares that whenever you respond to a user for customer service reasons, you think you need to think about how to use your brand voice, but you also need to strike the right tone for, for instance, your brand voice may typically be upbeat and informal. You may even include humor and your messages in many cases it may be appropriate to use exactly this tone and customer service messages.
**John also states that when you start out on social media, it's possible to respond to every comment as your follower count grows through, this becomes both too difficult and unnecessary. A better approach, maybe respond to any comments, both positive and negative that require a proper answer. You can't do all these things. You need to hire somebody. You need to delegate the things to maybe a virtual assistant.

Episode 18 : How Effective Leaders Delegate with John Marzan, Co-Founder, VA FLIX
On this episode of Hire A Millennial Virtual Assistant Podcast, John talks about why it is essential to have a virtual assistant. Also, John focuses on how effective leaders delegate tasks. Why it is important to delegate tasks
"To be a great leader, you have to learn to delegate well," the Harvard Business Review (HBR) said. "One of the most difficult transitions for leaders to make is the shift from doing to leading." Doing everything yourself will limit your business's growth to the amount of time you can give to it, which is finite." Simple solution? Hire a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to free up your time.
"In the short term, you may have the stamina to get up earlier, stay later, and out-work the demands you face," HBR said. "But the inverse equation of shrinking resources and increasing demands will eventually catch up to you, and at that point, how you involve others sets the ceiling of your leadership impact."
In this episode, While it may seem difficult, we'll talk about how to evaluate impact and what requires you to embrace an unavoidable leadership paradox: You need to understand that you need to be essential and less involved," HBR said. When you justify your hold on work, you're confusing being involved with being essential."
John also discussed the essentials on knowing what tasks to delegate, on who to get to do those tasks. John also stated the importance of having a Virtual Assistant on the growth of a business. Virtual Assistants make sure they build relationships with the clients, communicate as much as possible and work hand-in-hand to provide a fast-paced growth of the business.

No one knows when and how Virtual Assistance services started in the Philippines, but positively, this was influenced by the growth of outsourcing business in the country. Through the years, business owners led to the idea of getting assistance virtually so they could delegate tasks to their VAs and focus on other essential things in their business without spending much.
One of the advantages of hiring Filipino Virtual Assistants from VA FLIX is the reduction of costs incurred in employing staff as compared to hiring someone locally.
Since 2003, the Philippines’ outsourcing industry has maintained its impressive 20% annual growth rate and this is largely due to the ability of Filipinos to consistently produce world class virtual assistant services.
English has always been one of the Philippines’ official languages spoken by more than 14 million Filipinos. It can be said that Filipinos have been bilingual almost their whole lives. It is also proven that Filipinos have the world’s highest literacy rate of 96.2%. We are the best when it comes to writing business English.
On this podcast John and I will help you understand why hiring someone from the Philippines will benefit your business and your time.
