This one wasn’t easy.
However, it feels good to finally allow myself to open up and give you a bit of my background and story. It’s not all pretty, and it took me a long time to record this episode.
It’s not perfect or polished, much like the story I share. But it’s real. My past included abuse, addiction, eating disorders, being arrested, and the journey to overcoming it all. I tried to share from scars rather than open wounds, but every journey isn’t easy to share or heal from. My goal with this episode is not only for you to understand a little bit more about myself, but maybe my story can help you heal in some way or help you realize that no matter what your past holds, it doesn’t define you.
The journey isn’t about becoming who you are but more so about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.

In this episode, I talk about my favourite mindset exercises that helped me not only bring in financial abundance but more importantly a lot more peace and happiness during these last 2 months. Grab a notepad and pen and make sure to take some notes so you can try these exercises and watch your life become a lot more peaceful as well.

Ali and I are both very passionate about helping women step into their true power and fall in love with who they see in the mirror. This episode is filled with so much insight into the world we live in today in the fitness and nutrition industry and how not to get stuck in the quick fix mindset and move into the best version of yourself. If you are stuck with any self-limiting beliefs regarding your body image or relationship with food or are looking to upgrade your mind, body, and soul goals, then this episode is for you!

In this episode, I discuss my comparison journey within myself and with others. I talk about the three main things I compared myself to as a teen and how they changed as I got older and navigated through life's ups and downs. The ways I was able to get out of my head and fall in love with who I saw in the mirror, rather than who the filtered version of me wanted to be. I talk about my experience with body image, relationships, and career and give you some insight into how I overcame comparison in all of those areas.
I hope you enjoy this episode; if you can relate in any way, I would love to hear from you. Please leave me a comment below or send me a DM on Instagram

In this episode, I chat with my best friend of 28 years. She shows her authentic self in this episode, sharing how she manages day-to-day with a full house. When she realized it was time for her to move on from her career and follow her passion of helping others heal and giving space for other moms to open up to her and help them navigate through the tough times.
Her wisdom and words will connect with you on a different level. Leanne left her career in ultrasound to pursue her path of becoming an intuitive spiritual healer and Reiki practitioner.
