New rules known as the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) come into force on May 25th, 2018 which will affect how businesses deal with data. But what are these rules and crucially how can you make sure you comply with them. Shaun Lowthorpe discusses the new regulations with Alex Saunders, a solicitor at Norwich-based law firm Leathes Prior and John Gostling, Managing Director of Breakwater IT.
