The Viking Insider Show is 30 minutes of the best Viking athletic talk anywhere as we take a look at all of the Viking athletic teams, recap the events of the past week and preview upcoming events. We will also take a look at challenges impacting athletics at Teays Valley High School as well as around the state.
In this episode we talk to MSL Championship Swim Coach Shelly Arledge. The boys swim team won their 3rd straight MSL title and the girls won their first MSL title in school history. We also give an update on current MSL and OHSAA races.
We are back after a long break we are talking about the winter sports season and previewing the MSL races and the OHSAA State Tournaments.
In this episode, we wrap up the end of the Fall Season and turn our sights to Winter Sports.
