Maj's experience is upsetting, shocking and traumatic but she wanted to share as this week is ‘Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week’ and next week is ‘Mental Health Awareness Week’
1 in 5 women will suffer from Postpartum Depression and 1 in 100 Postpartum Physcosis. Maj had both which resulted in her ending up in a mother and baby unit after considering ending her own life.
