Christina E. Fontenelle is a tri-lingual Wholistic Health Strategist. She identifies as an Afro-Latina Artist that focuses on psychotherapy and works from an Expressive Arts multi-modal approach specializing in Art & Dance/Movement Therapy. She attained her Masters of Arts in Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) known as one of the most influential programs in North America and internationally.
In this episode we discuss Christina's interest in Art & Movement Therapy, as well as spreading awareness of various forms of mental health issues, why mental health wellness should be freeing, expressive, and accessible to everyone, Christina's near death experience, her faith in God, and how she was able to develop herself as an individual. In this episode I am joined by Jack Groves, 22-years-old mixed-race, London born with global roots. Currently working as a Social Media assistant and Diversity Representative for a new dating app 'BARE Dating'. Also a content writer for 'Catch21', freelance journalist, and monthly commissioner for LGBTQ+ magazine 'Scene Magazine'. As a gay writer, his work largely focuses on LGBTQ+ matters, BLM, arts and culture, and social impact. Jack has a background in Musical Theatre and Aerial skills - which shaped him into who he is today. His aim is to find belonging in the non-belonging through a myriad of creative content.
