Eating too little can really hinder your progress and have some really bad consequences to your long-term health. In this podcast, I'll touch on some of the signs and symptoms as well as some of the negative impacts of undereating.

Habits & Mindset
I believe this is a really good topic to address and it may not be something you have thought about much in the past.
Whether it's good habits or bad that is what changes your mindset.
Think of it this way if you have created a habit of snacking at 8pm every night and it may not be because you are hungry it may be the fact that you did it a few times and your body, your mind now have created a habit.
If you watch this video and think to yourself yes this is you make sure you address the triggers first then take the next step to focus on the good of why you want to better yourself or create a new good habit.
It's all about re training your brain and mindset.
It may not be food related but it could be an exercise you may avoid push ups because they are hard, whose stopping you from doing 2 everyday and then the next week doing 4 and slowly increasing that way, how good would that feel when you smash out 20 yet a month or 2 months ago you would force yourself to do 2.
It doesn't matter what the habit might be, make it a good positive habit and a good positive mindset will follow
