In this thought-provoking episode, we explore the power of the pause between stimulus and response. Unlike animals who react automatically, humans have the unique ability to choose how we respond in any situation. By harnessing this gift of conscious choice, we can break free from ingrained reaction cycles and reshape our responses with intention.
Discover how paying attention to the space between what happens to us and how we respond unlocks our vast human potential for growth, imagination and self-mastery. Learn practical strategies for recognizing your unconscious reaction patterns and pre-deciding more mindful, values-aligned responses.
When we exercise our uniquely human abilities in this way, we don't just let life happen to us - we happen to life with clarity and purpose. Tune in for an insightful discussion on transforming your reality by responding with intention.

In the midst of life's challenges and transitions, it can often feel like we're staring at a jumbled mess of puzzle pieces that make no sense. However, this episode explores the revelatory idea that while we may be intensely focused on one piece at a time, we can usually only understand the bigger picture by looking backwards.
Join Elo as she reflects on the wisdom of hindsight and how the significance of moments, seasons, and situations often only become clear in retrospect.
Through personal stories and insights, Elo shares perspectives on trusting the process, persevering even when the path seems unclear, and allowing life's masterpiece to unfold one piece at a time.
Because as difficult as it may be to see in the present, the dots always connect beautifully when we have the vantage point of looking behind us.

We're often our own harshest critics, judging ourselves more severely than anyone else. But in this thought-provoking episode, we explore why it's so important to break free from that cycle of harsh self-judgment. Elo shares a personal experience that sparked deep reflections on the power of self-forgiveness.
You'll learn why forgiveness creates space for growth in a way that criticism and negativity cannot. The episode dives into how clinging to past mistakes and incessant self-rebuke ends up weighing us down and holding us back from becoming our best selves. Instead, Elo makes a compassionate case for separating your worth from your actions - you are not defined by your mistakes.
By embracing self-forgiveness, you open the door to lightness, self-acceptance, and the ability to keep learning and improving. Elo provides insightful perspectives on accepting your imperfections as a human while still striving to grow. You'll also gain insight into the connection between forgiving yourself and being able to extend forgiveness to others.
Ultimately, this episode inspires listeners to practice self-compassion, let go of burdensome self-judgment, and use self-forgiveness as a catalyst for positive personal growth. It's an empowering reminder that your mistakes do not represent the full scope of who you are.

In this episode, we delve into a thoughtful distinction between two mindsets that shape our lives - the producer and the consumer.
Drawing from personal experiences and insightful observations, I work to unpack the dynamics between these two mindsets.
We explores how producers, by virtue of their ability to create, hold the power to shape markets, set terms, and ultimately design the system.
Conversely, consumers remain dependent on the production capability of the producers.
Through compelling examples spanning social media, agriculture, and media, we illuminates the profound impact of adopting a producer mindset, and are encouraged to identify our own unique production sphere.
Ultimately, this episode is a rousing call to action, inspiring individuals to step into their roles as "life's architects" – embracing challenges, pushing through difficulties, and using their creativity as a powerful force to manifest their highest visions, leaving an indelible mark on the world around them

Upon his return, he finds out that their results are vastly different. There is so much to learn from this story, and in this episode I break it down with you. What is truth in a world of information overload? With our social media feeds and recommendation algorithms constantly showing us more of what we already like and agree with, it can feel harder than ever to get a full picture of what's really going on in the world. In this episode, I want to explore the challenge of breaking out of our filter bubbles and seeking truth when we don't even know what we don't know. How do we expose ourselves to new ideas and perspectives instead of just having our existing views reinforced all the time? It takes intention, effort and even some discomfort - we have to proactively look for information that contradicts our assumptions or comes from places we wouldn't normally look. But it's so important if we want to grow and see the world more clearly. Our understanding of reality is shaped by the information we consume - if all we see is the same slanted slice of that information, our worldview gets more and more distorted. I'll talk about ways we can push past the algorithms and get out of our bubbles, like following a wider range of people on social platforms, reading viewpoints we disagree with, and having conversations that challenge what we think we know. It's not easy, but the reward is a clearer perspective and more informed opinions.I'm looking forward to digging into this topic that's so critical for finding truth and understanding in such an information-packed time. How do we pop the filter bubbles we all live in and let more of the world in? Please join me as we explore.Kindly help me rate this podcast, you really would be helping me grow. However, unlike Marvel woman, we would also have this thick exterior over our emotions, our thoughts and all that's on the inside of us.
Now that I think about it, I think we would all just be psychopaths because if we do, we would never feel a thing.
So then, if this is not ideal, what do we do with all these our seemingly vulnerable parts?
In this weeks episode, I talk about how we can better protect ourselves. This is a responsibility we all owe to ourselves.

Intention emerges as a potent force, shaping our trajectory and guiding us towards our desired destinations. Echoing the wisdom of Viktor Frankl, "Ultimately, man should not ask what the meaning of his life is, but rather must recognize that it is he who is asked. In a word, each man is questioned by life; and he can only answer to life by answering for his own life; to life he can only respond by being responsible."
In this captivating episode, we delve into the transformative power of intention. Furthermore, we're joined by a special guest appearance from Harriet Tubman, offering depth to our exploration of intention's influence.
