Ingredients
½ cup organic Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons organic raw honey
2 splashes doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil
1 stalk organic celery
6 drops Bergamot oil
Notes
- The probiotics in Greek yogurt help deliver beneficial proteins and the lactic acid it contains rids the surface of old cells, making way for radiant, fresh skin.

In this episode, Meg and Heather take us through a 3 oil, de-stressing experience. First they applied Shinrin-Yoku essential oil (forest bathing blend) to the bottoms of their feet, massaging it in and breathing. Next, they applied one drop of Tulsi essential oil (Holy Basil) directly to the crown of the head. Finally, they rubbed Breathe essential oil blend in their hands and then rubbed it on their chests. In this episode Meg and Heather talk about the brand new MetaPWR system. This is a new system of essential oil products that support your metabolism. Each product includes a new essential oil blend called MetaPWR (which is a blend of grapefruit, lemon, peppermint, ginger, and cinnamon bark.
