The Whisper through the Static is a dark Sci-fi and horror fictional show, each episode is stand alone, performed by actors with sound effects and music.
Sleep Without Night: In deep space the S.S Ulysses is in trouble, their central computer is malfunctioning : it can only be repaired with a rare mineral they’ve found on a volcanic Hell planet. Commander Jack April must retrieve it but soon he realizes he is not alone down there.

Load Out: In the far future war will be waged by eternal soldiers. Death is no obstacle to their deployment to battlefields across planets and time, their flesh, memories and experience copied and printed out per demand. This is the story of one such copy.
Fermis Warning: Inspired by the recent discovery of Phosphine in Venus. A research assistant recounts their time working with the brilliant Dr Strauss, studying the chemical signatures of distant planets and the stories they may tell; or warnings.
Endings: Four stories of the final curtain call, all mixed in a blender and poured into your ears. From a quantum historian desperately rewriting society from orbit to an A.I awakening and absorbing all the servers into it’s Godlike mind to a strange object from deep-space whistling past and reaching out for help. And for dessert a cataloging of how man-kinds wonders will turn to dust.

The Whisper Through The Static podcast is a semi-serialised fiction podcast series, primarily in the genres of science-fiction, horror and drama, always dark, sometimes hopeful. Written and performed in the style of old radio plays and TV serials like The Twilight Zone, Out of the Unknown and the BBC's MR James adaptions and in particular influenced by the cosmic horror of H.P Lovecraft and other writers such as Arthur C Clarke, Phillip K Dick, HG Wells and Nigel Kneale.
