Ladies and gentlemen! PhaseOne is back!!!
Okay, so I know it’s been a hot minute since I posted anything but so much has been happening but we’ll get into that in the next episodes to come. I have so excited to be back and I have a lot of new and cool ideas for the podcast but most importantly the main theme is CONSISTENCY!!! I promise to post once a week and I need you all to keep me accountable. BUUUUT, my goal here is to grow a community of people that are all excited about African development as well as their own personal development! Let’s all stay consistent this year and see how much we can actually achieve through daily commitment and discipline through… CONSISTENCY!
So for everyone out there starting something new or if you have been putting some things off for a while, join this circle… this post is a sign. Let’s grow together. We may not always be glowing but trust me, it gets tough, but we will stay growing no matter what!

Despite her extremely busy schedule she has managed to start her business and harness slow but steady. Her business concept that was sparked by her favorite scented candle that was discontinued at a local essentials shop. Zenande talks about the importance of simplifying your entrepreneurial journey, moving at your own pace and enjoying what you do.

Today I’m reflecting. I have had so many candid conversations with my guests and now it’s time for me to layout my thoughts and re-analyze my initial belief about African optimism. It’s incredible how much you can learn from just being open to receiving new insight from a conversation with someone different to you. Realism is sometimes better than optimism. I hope you enjoy! Being half Zimbabwean and half South African has surfaced a number of challenges for me as a young girl and for the most part, I still struggling with them today. Xenophobia and lack of African integration may seem irrelevant but it goes a long way in creating the kind of environment that promotes growth and development for a continent like ours. This specific episode is raw and straight from the heart. Somethings are better presented straight from the heart. It may be a bit tricky to understand or follow but just give it a go😏
