The Brain Always Wins

The Brain Always Wins (BAW) is a collaboration of sport scientists and dieticians, led by Dr. John Sullivan, providing education and training to enhance performance. In this podcast series, Dr. John unpacks why a brain-first approach not only enhances performance at all levels but makes all the difference in your life.

Dr. John is a Clinical Sport Psychologist and Sport Scientist. He has over twenty years of clinical and scholarly experience, including his work with the New England Patriots in the National Football League (NFL) for sixteen years as their Coordinator of sport science, and Director of Clinical Sport Psychology. Dr. Sullivan’s experience also includes such work within the National Basketball Association (NBA), Major League Soccer (MLS), British Premier Football League (EPL), Premier Rugby League, Australian Football League (AFL), and Olympic national teams. He is an expert consultant for the U.S. elite military within the United States Special Operations Command structure (USSOCOM/SOCOM) and the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and domestic and international law enforcement agencies advising on both performance and welfare needs.
