This podcast is a part of the CMET6270 graduate course offered at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The podcast will include discussions about the various topics related to Facilities Management and the construction industry. Each release include content that will focus on a topic related to our course modules.
In addition to knowing what procurement is, Kyle provides some background that is specific to a Public organization.
Each semester, we have our graduate students fill out a survey which reports at least one FM position that the student had to find online. This podcast reports not just this semester's results but results from the last 4 years of student responses.
