Helping Extraordinary Women Raise Up their Voice, Visibility & Business: Storyteller, Connector, & Coach for Women
There is a shift happening… right now. I can feel it in the conversations I’ve been having, in the circles of women gathering, and in the way so many of us are listening to what this moment is asking of us.
The energy has changed over the last month. It feels clearer. Brighter. More intentional. Women are stepping forward with a more grounded sense of their truth and a stronger connection to the work they are here to lead. Something is rising, and it is calling us to meet these final weeks of the year with mission.
This time of year has its own rhythm. People are looking ahead, making decisions, and setting themselves up for a strong start in January. It’s also the season when many invest in their growth, their business, their leadership, and the next version of themselves.
The choices they’re making come from a place of desire and alignment. When you show up with presence and heart, it feels natural for your soul clients to lean in and choose the support that will carry them into the new year.
So think of these next few weeks as both festive and fertile. A beautiful blend of thoughtful connection and joyful engagement. A chance to infuse a little holiday energy into your visibility and your conversations. It is also a wonderful window to welcome new clients into your business, especially those who are ready to start the new year supported, focused, and aligned with the work you do.
Here are a few aligned, seasonal ways to make that happen:
When you show up in this season with intention and lift, your business naturally becomes more magnetic. The clarity you bring, the way you lead conversations, and the energy you hold all create a sense of calm confidence that people are craving right now. Your community feels that steadiness. They trust it. And it becomes easier for the right clients to recognize that this is their moment to step toward you.
And then, when your work feels complete, give yourself the gift of real rest. I love taking the last two weeks of the year off. I pour into my community, I wrap up anything that wants to be wrapped, and then I sink into quiet. It is one of the most nourishing rituals I have, and it allows me to enter January refreshed and inspired.
If you’re feeling the nudge to make these last weeks count, I put together a guide to help you strengthen the connections in your world and invite in the opportunities that feel aligned. It’s a gentle, powerful way to close the year with intention.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve explored the biggest shifts emerging from my 2025 Women Entrepreneurs Insight Report — from simplifying your business model, to rebuilding trust, to leading with wisdom and depth. Each theme points to a new way of doing business: more intentional, more aligned, and infinitely more powerful.

This week, we turn to one of the most essential shifts of all: energy.
You Are the Energy Source of Your Business
As women entrepreneurs, we are the energy source of our businesses. Our ideas, our creativity, our leadership all flow from how we feel on the inside.
When our energy is grounded, our brilliance comes through effortlessly. When it’s scattered or depleted, even the best strategy can’t carry us forward.
Leadership starts with energy: how you hold it, protect it, and share it.
The women who will thrive in this next season are the ones who protect their energy as fiercely as their profit margins. They’re learning that vitality is the new metric of success.
What I’m Seeing Among Women Leaders
Nearly every woman I spoke with shared some version of this: they’re craving more spaciousness. Not to do less, but to be more present in the doing.
They’re creating clearer boundaries around their time and energy. They’re designing work that fuels them. They’re saying yes to opportunities that expand them and no to what feels forced or draining.
One woman told me she’s built a “white space day” into every week, reserved only for thinking, creating, or simply being. She said, “My joy is back. My creativity is back.”
That’s what happens when we honor our energy. We come home to ourselves.
My Own Energy Practice
I’ve been feeling this deeply myself. It’s easy to get swept up in the world right now, to feel the heaviness of everything happening and let it seep into our own energy. I’ve found that I have to be even more intentional about protecting my inner world from the noise of the outer one.
That’s meant slowing down. Taking more breaks. Paying attention to my body and noticing when I feel connected and when I don’t.
Walks in nature are one of my go-tos. Yoga helps me return to myself. And I’ve been choosing to turn off the news and read something nourishing instead.
I’m also so grateful for my horses, who are the best truth tellers I know. They can sense instantly if I’m grounded and present or caught up in my head. Each morning, I make a practice of pausing to simply be, to drop into my body and wait for Thor or Sugaree to engage. Some mornings they nuzzle up right away. Other times, they wait until I’ve truly arrived in my being.
It’s become a daily reminder that energy doesn’t lie. When I’m present, everything around me responds in kind.
Energy as a Leadership Strategy
Protecting your energy isn’t about pulling away from your business. It’s about leading from a more centered place. When your energy is strong, you bring calm confidence to everything you touch. You become magnetic. People can feel it.
Here’s how I see women leading with energy as their edge:
Boundaries with grace. Knowing when to say yes, when to pause, and when to walk away.
Daily rituals that anchor. Morning reflection, movement, time in nature, not for discipline but for connection.
Creating in rhythm. Working in flow with your natural energy instead of pushing through fatigue.
Aligned environments. Surrounding yourself with clients and collaborators who lift your light, not dim it.
Conscious choices. Being intentional about what you listen to, what you watch, and who you engage with. Energy flows where attention goes, so choose inputs that nourish your mind and spirit.
And perhaps most importantly, remember that energy thrives in community. We are not meant to hold it all alone. The right circles keep us grounded, inspired, and connected to something larger than ourselves. When we gather with women who are walking their path with intention and purpose, we recharge one another.
True community doesn’t drain energy. It multiplies it.
This isn’t just about protecting your energy. It’s about amplifying it so your leadership becomes an extension of your vitality.
Questions to Reflect On
If you’re ready to lead from energy and alignment, ask yourself:
What gives me energy in my business? What drains it?
Where do I need clearer boundaries or gentler rhythms?
How can I make more room for creative space and deep connection?
What would shift if I treated my energy as sacred, the foundation of all I create?
A Closing Thought
Energy is your truest currency. It’s the invisible current that moves your mission forward.
Protect it. Nourish it. Lead from it.
Because when you do, your business doesn’t just grow. It glows.
If you’re ready to lead from energy and alignment, not overdrive, I’d love to help you reconnect to what fuels your brilliance.

Over the past few years, I’ve upgraded my sleep in big ways. I regularly get 90+ scores on my Oura ring thanks to the good work I’ve done with my functional nutritionist, Dr. Shannon Evans. When I started working with her three years ago, I was often awake in the middle of the night. Switching up my nutrition and health practices changed everything. These days, I rarely find myself lying awake.
Until a few nights ago.
But this was a different kind of awake. Ideas and messages were dropping in. Messages from the divine.
I’ve been deep in my listening campaign, interviewing women entrepreneurs and gathering insights through my survey. Over 30 women have shared what they’re craving, what’s shifting in their businesses, and what they desire most moving forward. I’ve been analyzing those findings and reflecting on who I most want to serve and how. All of this was fresh on my mind.
And suddenly, a cascade of ideas. A name for a new program. A sharper focus. Narrowing my niche, bringing all of my best ways of serving to serve. Simplifying my business model, which feels both grounding and expansive at the same time. Isn’t it ironic, I teach this all the time?
All aligning with my mission of raising up the voices and businesses of one million women around the world.
Since that night, I feel a new fire in what I’m creating and I am jazzed. It’s like I heard messages not only about my own next level, but also about the next up-level for my clients. The energy is alive, vibrant, and ready to take shape.
Here’s what I know: I am calling in movement makers. She is leading with mission, scaling to her next level and beyond with soul, while building legacy that lasts. She knows that money follows mission. She is scaling a business that generates both impact and abundance, where money becomes a tool for movement-making (because that’s what we do as women). She isn’t chasing ladders or numbers. She is ready to lead from the center of her deepest why. She wants resonance. She wants to grow differently, deeper, not just faster.
With all the hundreds of women I have served over the years, I have found it’s not the number someone is at, whether nearing six-figures, multi-six figures, or even seven. It’s how she’s committed to her mission and calling, and the depth of business and life experiences that have shaped her into who she is today. And that is where the true awakening happens.
And I know my body of work has evolved in profound ways over the past few years, deepening as I’ve walked beside these changemakers and served them with the fullest expression of my gifts.
This is business as spiritual awakening.
This is where resonance meets revenue, and soul meets scale.
And in all of this, I can see more clearly than ever who I am called to serve.
This night of awakeness wasn’t from an internal imbalance. It was pure inspiration flowing through. And yes, my Oura ring only gave me a sleep score of 63 that night, but it was so worth it.
The past few days have been so much fun, summarizing the interview data, connecting the dots, and aligning it with the ideas that flowed so fast that night.
I can’t wait to share what’s coming this Fall.
But for now, I want to ask you:
How are you making space to listen: for the whispers of the divine, the wisdom of others, and the clarity within yourself?
There’s magic to be found! I’d love to hear what is bubbling for you!

When I’m sitting down to write each week, I’m often pulling from conversations I’ve had or experiences I’m witnessing unfold around me. There’s so much richness in the dialogue I get to be part of—clients in motion, stories being rewritten, women rising into a new way of leading. Those conversations give me plenty of fodder.
But once in a while, when I’m not sure what wants to come through, I’ll turn to one of my many oracle decks and ask a simple question: What does my community need right now?
Last month, I pulled from the Sacred Rebels Oracle by Alana Fairchild. The card that came forward was Inner Trust. I set it aside and wrote about something else.
A couple of weeks later, I felt called to draw again. This time the card was Trust Yourself. It caught my attention, but once again, I went another direction.
And then just this week, I shuffled the deck first, then asked the same question—and there it was again. Trust Yourself. For the second time in two weeks. A third nudge in a month. A louder whisper.
Okay, I’m listening.
And maybe this message isn’t just for me. Maybe it’s for you, too.
What if the moment you’re in doesn’t need more effort or planning, but deeper trust?
The card reminds us that we are growing, even when it doesn’t look like it on the outside. That there’s a natural intelligence moving through us—just like the acorn underground, gathering strength long before it breaks the surface. We can’t always see it, but that doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
Trusting yourself is about softening the noise that says you should be farther along. It’s about letting go of the need to map every step before you move. And it’s about listening to that quiet inner wisdom that already knows the way.
So if you’ve been second-guessing or stalling or waiting for more clarity—consider this your invitation.
You don’t need to know it all.
You just need to trust that something inside you already does.
Here’s your invitation this week:
Ask yourself, Where am I being asked to trust myself more deeply?
Let the answer rise. Let it surprise you.
Then take one small aligned action. Then the next. Then the next.
That’s how we build trust. One clear, soulful step at a time.
When this message lands in your inbox, I’ll be in the pasture, deep in the stillness of my Equine Vision Journey retreat with a circle of my VIP clients. The horses will be doing what they do best—calling us home to ourselves. There is something ancient and otherworldly in their presence, something that reaches beneath the surface and speaks directly to the soul. They see beyond the masks. They listen without words. They become mirrors for the truths we’ve forgotten but are ready to remember. Trust takes on a whole new shape in their company—more instinct, more embodiment, more breath.
If this speaks to your heart and soul, you should know that one of my greatest joys is holding space for these kinds of sacred encounters—whether through a quiet, personalized mini-retreat or a one-on-one coaching session out among the herd. These moments are spacious, soul-filled, and deeply catalytic. If your spirit leans in at the mention of this, follow that nudge. Drop me a note—I’d love to tell you more.

In a world that’s moving faster than ever, one of the most radical things we can do as women is tend to the health of our brain and nervous system. One of the things that have been top of mind for me recently is the concept of creating time prosperity and wealth prosperity in our businesses and life. I’ve been helping my clients in my Scale, Grow and Impact Platinum Mastermind create these building block foundations that expand their capacity to scale their revenue, their impact, and their time. I love what’s happening in their businesses, and today I want to share how I’ve built this into my own business, and how my clients are following the same pathway.
In this episode:
I believe women’s voices matter. I am a connector. A storyteller. A business coach for changemaker women of influence.
My entrepreneurial journey was sparked by the breath of a horse over a decade ago. This magical epiphany moment led me to discover my purpose of leading changemaker women to give voice to their most important messages and create a ripple effect of worldly impact.
I weave soulful inspiration into mindful business strategies, helping my clients up-level their businesses. With decades of leadership, marketing, strategic planning, and business growth expertise, I guide my clients to master their marketing, money, and mindset. My soulful spirit leads my clients to unleash their magical manifestation powers and live out loud fueled with vitality and courage.
