Listening through the book of Revelation brings more insight into what is coming as the Lord speaks to our hearts while we take in the Scriptures.
Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.
Then I took the little book out of the angel’s hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. But when I had eaten it, my stomach became bitter. And he said to me, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings.”
When He opened the seventh seal, there silence in heaven for about an hour. And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets. Revelation 8: 1-2
Listening to the Scriptures, John looked and saw a door opened up in heaven and saw the One sitting on the throne. John states that He was in the Spirit; moreover, those who saved according to God's word know Jesus only through His Spirit, and without the Holy Spirit no one can know God.
Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown. “He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more.
