Welcome back! This week's episode is a little different than usual, as it is only available in audio form on our podcast sites!Self-doubt is something that most everyone goes through, but it doesn't have to take over your mind. Take time to discover your true reasons for doing what you love, and recognize triggers that make you feel less than who you are. You are worth it, you are the only one who truly has to belive that because at the end of the day, you only have yourself!Use these steps to help you deal with self-doubt:1. Recognize that what I’m feeling is caused by my thoughts. 2. Take time to work through what’s causing the thought and why. 3. Is the thought because of something someone has said or what I am saying to myself? 4. How can I change my thoughts and actions to get a better feeling? 5. Talk it out with someone I trust to help work through my thoughts.
Keep working for you!

Being a fixer comes with its challenges, it's up to us to be able to recognize when we can step in to fix a situation and when we need to just stop and listen.
Parents & Coaches, remember that sometimes athletes need to vent and be heard, without the lecture or speech back. Tell them you hear them and support them through and through.
Take time to recognize what you need to listen to and what you can fix. Not everyone wants or needs to be fixed.
What experiences have you had with trying to be "fixed"?

Here are some questions you can use to self-check:
What are you thinking about yourself right now?
What are you thinking about how you’re playing your game right now?
How are you feeling about yourself right now?
What were your thoughts before your shot?
Did you believe it in your heart?
Come up with other questions that help you get your mind in the right place. Take time to self-check yourself so you can continue performing at your best.
Welcome back!
Today we cover the last C of Mental Toughness, Challenge!
Challenges will always arise in our lives, but we get to choose to either face them head-on or run from them. Don't let them stop you from reaching your goals! Remember, challenges are opportunities, not threats.
We challenge you to find your accountability partner. Who is going to keep you going?
We're almost through our 4 C's section! With only one more to go, today we tackle commitment.
When it comes to commitment make sure you understand your why. There has to be a reason for everything you do. Set those goals and reach for the stars!
Why do you commit?
It’s a great day to grow our mental toughness and today we are tackling confidence! Confidence is something everyone struggles with from time to time but we can all achieve so much more if we only believed in ourselves.
It’s time to take charge and show ourselves some love! Practicing affirmations is a great way to practice self-belief.
What makes you doubt your abilities?
Welcome back! We’re learning with you! No one is perfect, or ever will be. Everything takes time and practice. Having an understanding of our emotions, along with being able to control how we react to them is a working practice but it’s achievable. How do you control your emotions and thoughts? See you next week for Confidence!
