Michelle Obama made what I believe to be a very true statement recently. She said; [and I'm paraphrasing] "the scale will never be 50/50 in marriage. It will always tilt one way or another and that tilt will rotate between the two of you". However, with regards to specifically finances are we as men missing out on an opportunity for relationship longevity and health by championing for splitting living expenses (50/50) when or if we’re capable of covering more if not all?

This is not a popular view amongst music professionals including some of my colleagues, but the more life I live in music, the more I see it as bigger than flat and sharp notes and everyone should be given grace to participate regardless of skill.
