This week Lee is joined by Gara LaMarche, teacher and Leader in Residence at the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership and a Senior Adviser to The Raben Group as well as longtime board member and chair of Story Corps. Gara talks the inception of Story Corps, the One Small Step initiative, and why this initiative is so important to pursue right now. Also, Lee fills you in on the Voices of Westerly Community Booth where members of the Ocean Community can come in and record their own stories with guidance from the UNITED Podcast team.
