Not everyone is the same in how they show love and how they feel loved, which is why it's essential to understand what love language is and what you can do for them. This episode talks about the 5 different types: Words of affirmation, acts of service, receiving gifts, quality time, and physical touch. We touch on what each type is, what it means for platonic and romantic relationships, specific examples you can use to show appreciation for that type, and why it is truly important in order to create a stronger connection. Understanding boundaries and communication make all the difference in getting around easily avoidable issues such as- Having "contrasting" types, being long distance, or misunderstandings leading to feeling under appreciated.
