This is a mini series where I reflect upon a recent season in my life, and many of the lessons as well as changes that I'm making to improve.
What Have I Learned?
In this episode I explore what I've learned these past six months after starting my many daily actions each day. A huge realization that I've come to is understanding that I've had many of the correct ideas with how to live a balanced life and finally these past six months of work have shown I have the skills now to implement many of the ideas I've learned.
A few days ago I missed a flight back home and ended up having to stay in San Francisco for much longer than I had anticipated, which was a day. As much as I was ready to be home and not have to worry about the place I was in, I made the most out of the situation I put myself in unintendedly. In this episode I explore the lessons I learned from a simple mistake, and what it means to open yourself up to the paths mistakes create.
This is a vocal letter for myself as I get into my car to leave for Salt Lake City. In July I will be moving nearly 2,000 miles away to a brand new home, and I want to offer myself a sense of comfort as I head off to SLC.
In this episode I'm joined by my great friends Colin and Eliza (crêpe girl) where we talk about perspectives and mindsets from this year, and what we've gained through out the year. The topic took many twists and turns where we finally ended on talking about how we find ourselves before getting into a relationship and what that looks like.
What if your goals are not the destination but where you are headed? What if you were to follow your goals, to not find accomplishment but becoming the person who you needed to be the entire time? That's the idea behind this entire episode, we will explore what it means to find direction and follow through with a direction rather than an end result.
This is a conversation I had with myself and the idea of someone else. Coming out of a difficult breakup a few months ago, I've finally found the space to process through my emotions. There were tears, joys and many moments of reflection. If you're inside a relationship or the verge of the end, this is an episode you need to listen to, so you can learn through my mistakes. Please don't make those same mistakes but learn from my short comings.
What is a goal so large that it might take a life time to get there? Is there something that you want to do that you are so scared of that you've put it tucked away on your shelf for far too long? That it might just be time to look back at it? Those are the ideas and questions explored in this episode. Looking at the goals that might just take a lifetime of commitment to achieve, but accepting that challenge!
We all have a pass. Filled with people we feel for, miss or can't seem to get over. I bring forth the question asking "What To Do When You Miss Someone?" As I walk you through my past and it's meaning I bring helpful insight that might be able to encourage you if you're working through difficulties as well in your own life. Loved ones, lost ones and all those in-between have meaning in our life's, rather than too forget and numb the pain, let's appreciate them fully.
This Is Why You Should Have Goals!! :) When we don't have goals, it's easy for us to get side tracked or even easily walk through life. If this is the case, we have no chance in making it to where we want to go. That's because we have no where to go, no where to drive and move us forward. We need this external drive and push to get us to where we need to go to see the change in our lives that we are after!
From time to time we all struggle and live with not being able to use all of our energy. I am finding my battle with this way of life, as of late. Let's talk about it and see what we can do!
I Can Change
What happens when you allow yourself to go for something bigger than yourself? Allow yourself to reach for goals in a light that you've never seen before
The people that are around you, are the most important people and you need to ensure that those around you lift you up!
what does it really mean to be here, fully and present? That's what we have to ask ourselves tonight!
Welcome to our podcast episode about setting and achieving goals for 2023. Today, we'll be discussing some exciting goals that we're working towards this year, including running a 5 and a half minute mile, holding our breath for five minutes, moving out of Indiana, and backpacking through Europe.

We'll also be talking about the goal of moving out of Indiana. This is a big step for us, and we'll be discussing the logistics of making a move, as well as the excitement and challenges of starting a new chapter in a new place.
Finally, we'll be discussing our goal of backpacking through Europe. This is a dream that we've had for a long time, and we'll be sharing our plans for making it a reality, including budgeting, route planning, and preparing for the physical and mental challenges of long-term travel.
Throughout the episode, we'll also be sharing our list of daily actions that we're using to help us stay on track and achieve our goals. We hope that by sharing our experiences and insights, we can inspire and encourage others to set and achieve their own goals for 2023.
