Choosing the right weapon in playing Ragnarok Landverse is one of the most important aspects of the game. With the right weapon, you can strengthen your character and kill monsters more easily. If you are using a Magician I discussed in this video what weapon to use if your level is below level 30 and also if your level is above level 30. Note: I usually discuss the purpose of the gameplay at the beginning of the video so you won't have to watch until the end.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Simulation games are one of the easiest and most engaging games to play. Most of the time they are easy to navigate and once you get past the first-time jitters the game will always be so easy to play. One of the strengths of simulation games is the interface, most of the time the interface is mostly accessible in one screen making them eye-friendly.
Of the most engaging simulation game is "Fallout Shelter". It is a game that is set after a fallout and therefore the characters are living inside a shelter. Your duty as a gamer is to maintain the shelter, and make all the dwellers happy, healthy, and alive.Thank you very much to all of the Hive Ecosystem Curation Teams/Individuals, I am very grateful for the upvotes/curation/support. I am one of the lucky ones who is testing the latest project of @aggroed called "Moon Karts". Moon Karts is a Web3 racing game that uses Karts as the vehicle for racing. The game is set on various futuristic tracks. The game is browser-based which makes it very accessible on any computer. First lookThe first time I accessed the game I noticed that the interface was neat, easy to navigate, and futuristic. The graphics are nice and the the sound effects are very cool too! The main interface is what greets you after accessing the game. You will find everything about the game on the interface. I am sure there are a lot more to be added soon.
The main interface is neat and easy to navigateCardsThis game of course has NFTs to collect in the form of in-game cards which you can use in the game. There are cards for karts and there are cards for kart drivers and many more. The game has a nice card design and is very easy to understand
Some card examplesClicking a card will maximize it and show all the information about the card on a single screen.
A card's information shown in a single screenSince Moon Karts is an NFT racing game there are also features of the game where you can customize your kart and make it faster and look cool.
An engine upgrade cardFree Legendary Kart and free packs for testingThere is also a free pack in the game which you can get for free and use the cards inside to enhance to kart and test them in racing. Aside from free packs, you can also use a Legendary Kart to test the game. In my first two single-player games I used the default kart and then in my succeeding single-player races, I used the Legendary "Nebula Guard" kart and the difference in speed is astounding.
Free Alpha Centauri packsRacing (Single Player)In my first race, I was still feeling the game but I kept my kart throttle floored all the time and I noticed that the steering seemed very responsive. On my second single-player and immediately adapted to the game and made a huge improvement from my first race.
I had fun racing in single-player and since this game was built primarily for real-time multiplayer racing I am sure this will be a lot of fun. If I was able to adapt quickly to controlling the kart I am sure other players did the same and that is what makes this game very interesting, having to race with a real person in real time while earning at the same time.
That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

Welcome to another edition of trying out a game series of blogs. In this blog, I tried a Blockchain-based Trading Card Game called Parallel. Parallel is currently in its Closed Beta testing where they invite players to try the game I am lucky to be included in their list. Since Parallel is a Blockchain-based game or Web3 game you can definitely earn while playing it.Factions in Parallel UniverseYou will have to choose which faction you are going to play, there are five factions in Parallel namely:
- Augencore
- Earthen
- Kathari
- Marcolian
- Shroud
ParagonIn each faction, there is an individual called Paragon. Each Paragon has a passive ability which passively affects the game. But when you play your paragon to the field it will lose its passive ability.
The two individual at the left corner of the screen are ParagonsEnergyYou need energy to play cards on the field, which brings us to the next mechanic of the game, banking.BankingThere is a mechanic in the game called "Banking". As the name suggests, you are going to bank/deposit a card in the bank, and for each card that you banked, you will be given one energy. You can only bank one card in each turn. The bank is located at the lower right corner of the screen (the one with multiple rectangular bars).
The Bank is the one with multiple rectangular shapes at the lower right corner of the screenNote: All images were screenshots from the gameThat is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

Welcome to another edition of the "Trying Out a Game" series of blogs. In this blog, I tried Secrets of Grindea. Secrets of Grindea is an RPG game that is available on Steam, It is a paid game, but you can download a demo to try out the game. Secrets of Grindea is a Pixel-art game just like Sea of Stars which I already tried.
Note: All game images on this blog were screenshots from the game itself.
Game Controls
The controls of this game are pretty easy to learn especially if you have played any RPG/Pixel-art game before.
First Screen controls
At the first screen, the controls can be seen at the bottom of the screen, Z being the select, and X being the back.
Fast forward to a conversation
While at the game, you can pass forward the dialogue box by pressing Z or holding Esc on your keyboard.
Menu control and skipping cutscene
While at the game, you can use Esc on your keyboard to bring up the menu or to skip cut scenes.
Using your sword (Attack)
While in the game you can use Z as your melee attack.
Using shield
While at the game, you can use X to use your shield.
Hints
Apparently, the back is a game companion that gives you hints during the game so pay attention to it (see image below).
Activating/Upgrading Skills
While at the game, you can use Esc to open the menu.
Using a skill
After you activate a skill an icon will appear at the right side of your character's health (see image below). In this case, I activated my first skill and the button for it is C on the keyboard. You will see more controls when you activate more skills.

Welcome to another edition of my "Trying Out a New Game" series of blogs. Today, I tried another blockchain game (play to earn) which is in its early access phase titled The Lords of Light. The game has very stunning graphics, and the design of the cards is amazing. By the way, The Lords of the Light is a trading card game. Love some of the effects of the game which made me say "Wow!" Also, it made me smile because some of the cards are with the image of Elon Musk. If done right this game would be a hit. Its mechanics are very easy to understand, and the playing experience is very good.

This video is all about my fruits and vegetable crops which I planted near our house. I have been into a lot of changes lately like having a new vegetable garden, having a new house to stay, planting calamansi for the first time and checking some of my crops (eggplants, papaya, chili, bottle gourd, and string beans). It may sound a lot but I am only starting. My goal is sustainability wherein I want my family to no longer buy vegetable for our daily needs.

This video is all about my video gameplay (with commentary) of one of the most popular arcade games in the 1990s, it is called "Aero Fighters 2". It is a sequel to the highly popular and highly successful Aero Fighters. I first came to know this game also in the 1990s when it was released. At first glance, I was immediately impressed with how the game was built and played. And since I love Jet Fighters I easily fell in love with the game. But to be honest I was not able to play it even once back then since I got no money to play. So, in this edition of retro gaming, I can finally play it on my PC, with that being said, this is also my first time ever playing this game. The game did not disappoint it still has the charisma to make the player hooked to the game. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy my gameplay.

This video is all about cooking one of the most popular dishes here in our country it is called "Nilagang Talbos ng Kamote" (Boiled Sweet Potato Leaves). Most of the time it is partnered with a dip, the most common is "Bagoong" (Fish Sauce). But this time in this video I will take the dip into another by sauteeing it. Nilangang Talbos ng Kamote is commonly associated with Ilocanos. Cooking this is actually done by boiling and it is using the youngest leaves/shoot of sweet potato. This dish rises in popularity during the rainy season since it is a vegetable that thrives well in damp soil (damp soil is common during the rainy season). During the rainy season, you just have to plant any part of the sweet potato water once in a while and it will grow and gives a lot of young sweet potato leaves until the rainy season is over.

This is a video gameplay of an old game released in 1990. It is called "Snow Bros: Nick & Tom. This is an arcade game I first saw inside a shopping mall on one of my vacations in the 1990s. This game is pretty popular inside the mall where I saw it. Lots of teenagers are lining up just to play the game. The objective of the game is pretty simple, throw snow at your enemy until they are wrapped in snow and then push to hit another enemy.

This video is all about a video gameplay of Super Mario, one of the most popular games ever created and is easily one of my all-time favorites. This game was released in 1985. I was introduced to this game when I was seven years old and is easily became my favorite. I think this game became very popular in no time as every person that I know that owns a Ninteno also owns a Super Mario game. The game is equally exciting when played or is being watched especially at "1-4 World" where Mario/Luigi tackles King Koopa.

When I was a kid in the 1990s there were a lot of games that I really wanted to play one of them being is "Metal Slug". Metal Slug was one of the most popular games in the 1990s but I could not play it even once because life was hard back then. But now that I am able to play I am going to try to play Metal Slug on my computer and see if is an enjoyable game even if it is very old. This video showcases the Filipino Traditional way of cooking using a wood stove. This video showcases "Tinolang Tahong" (Mussels Soup). Many believe that cooking with wood adds more tastiness to the dish as it is very natural instead to using a gas stove. The woods that were used in this cooking video is from the former small forest of my father which I used to roam and hunt for wild fruits and wild roots crops when I was young.
About Tinolang Tahong
Tinalong Tahong is one of the most popular dishes here in our country. It is actually a seafood soup dish using mussels. It is also one of the easiest and quickest dishes to prepare and cook. Tinalong Tahong is mostly cooked and served for lunch but once in a while it is also served during dinner but here in our country, we prefer it served during lunch. This is a very tasty dish and is easily one of my favorites.

This video showcases the traditional Filipino style of home cooking using a wooden stove. This video feature comfort food that can be cooked whether it is summer or rainy season.
About the dish "Misua na may Itlog at Patola"
Since I was young my sister would occasionally cook this dish because of the limited availability of Misua noodles. Back then my sister would cook this dish without adding the egg. Misua is a favorite dish among Filipinos it is one of the most famous comfort food. It can be cooked whether it is summer or rainy season. But I do like it the most when it is raining, hence, it is a comfort food. This dish is always cooked with ribbed loofah some will add meatballs to it in addition to the egg. If you have a guest I am sure they are going to love it.

This video showcases the traditional Filipino style of home cooking using a wooden stove. This video feature a dish that I got to cook for the very first time in my life, it is called "Miki na Lomi".
About the dish "Miki na Lomi"
We Filipinos love noodles very much in any form. One of the most popular noodle dishes in our country is "Lomi". Lomi is a dish that is characterized by its thick sauce, the ingredients can vary depending on the preferences of the person that cooks it. Most of the time it uses Lomi noodles. But since I don't have a Lomi noodle available I am going to use "Miki" as a substitute. Since this is the first time that I am going to cook this dish I do not know it using Lomi fits. But when I finished cooking I am very excited for my wife to have a taste of it, needless to say, it turned out perfect.

This video showcases the traditional Filipino style of home cooking using a wooden stove. This video feature one of the most delicious Filipino dish called " "Sarsiadong Tilapia"About the dish "Sarsiadong Tilapia"Sarsiadong Tilapia is one of the most famous and delicious Filipino dishes that use tomatoes and eggs. This dish has three main ingredients: Tilapia (fried), tomatoes, and eggs. Most of the time we use left-over fried tilapia in cooking this dish (just like this one). The combination of the sauce of the tomato, the taste of the eggs, and the taste of the fried tilapia are very very delicious. This dish is easily one of my favorites. If one would serve me pork and chicken together with a sarsiadong tilapia I will choose sarsiadong tilapia that's how delicious this dish is for me. Aside from tilapia, you can use other types of fried fish if you do I recommend Blue Scad Mackerel and Milk Fish as they are equally delicious with tilapia.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. This video showcases the Filipino style of home cooking specifically Ilocano home cooking using a traditional wood stove. This video features one of my favorite dishes, it is called "Paksiw". Paksiw is a very versatile dish, you can use different kinds of fish like Milk Fish, Blue Scad Mackerel, Tilapia, and Salmon. You can add vegetables into Paksiw like Snow Cabbage, Bitter Gourd, and Eggplant. In its simplest form, a Paksiw is only consisting of a fish and green pepper (spices included). Paksiw is characterized by its sour taste. Sometimes cooking oil is added to it to make the soup more delicious. As for me, I cannot add cooking oil since my younger son does not like oily soup.Delicious factIf you are going to add coconut milk to the "Paksiw" then its deliciousness becomes tenfold. I do recommend that you try it and you will not regret it.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

This video is all about the video gameplay of an old 2D fighting game "Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter" that was released in 1997 but not until the early 2000s when I got to play this game inside shopping malls. This game features characters from Marvel Universe and Street Fighter. The characters from Marvel are Blackheart, Captain America, Cyclops, and Hulk. Omega Red, Shuma-Gorath, Spider-Man, Apocalypse, and Wolverine. The characters from Street Fighter are Akuma, Chun-Li, Dan Hibiki, Dhalsim, Ken Masters, M. Bison, Ryu, Sakura Kasugano, and Zangief. Apocalypse is the last opponent if ever you get to defeat all the succeeding characters in each stage.Interesting factThis will be my first time playing this game since 2003 (if I remember it tight). I always play this game inside malls whenever I got some spare money after school. Back in the day, I am not able to beat the characters in the final stage just to face Apocalypse. Go on watch and see how far I progressed in this game. thatThat is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

This video showcases our way of living in the countryside, particularly the medium of cooking that we use, wood. When I was young 100% of homes here in our neighborhood uses wood for cooking, that was in the 1990s. At present, households here in our neighborhood sparingly uses wood and gas for cooking but I think the majority of household still uses wood. As for my family, we both have gas and wood being used for cooking but as of now, as long as it is summer we take advantage of it by collecting any dry wood that we could be used for cooking in order to save on the cost of gas which is quite expensive right now, about $15 USD. Quite expensive isn't it? So, to save on the cost of gas we use wood for cooking.Interesting factIn this video, we went to a place called "Bangkag". It is a place that resembles a little forest where wild grasses, vines, fruits, vegetables, and trees grow. The "Bangkag" that we are going to visit in this video is formerly owned by my father (sold to a family acquaintance) which he used to plant vegetables and fruit when I was young. There are also lots of bamboo that my father planted when I was young.
That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

This video showcases Traditional Filipino Home Cooking in a traditional wood fire cooking on a clay stove. This video features "Dinuguang Baboy". It is one of the most famous dishes here in our country, particularly in the northern part of the country. This dish is characterized by its use of pork blood. It is also a very versatile blood because aside from pork meat, pork intestines, and liver can also be used in cooking dinuguan. Not only that, but a vegetable can also be added, the most popular vegetable used in cooking dinuguan is Bottle Gourd, Chayote, and Banana can also be used.interesting factI have known dinuguan since I am young but this is the first time ever that I got to cook this dish and I must admit I really really loved the outcome, it is exactly what I am looking for in a dinuguan dish.

This video showcases Filipino Home Cooking using a traditional wood fire on a clay stove. This video features "Sinigang na Paa ng Manok" (Chicken Feet in Sour Soup). This video feature Sinigang na Paa ng Manok" in its simplest form, there is only one main ingredient: Chicken Feet and the rest are spices like onion, garlic, ginger, and powdered tamarind. Salt is used to taste. Aside from the spices mentioned, you could add black pepper and bay leaf if you want. But for me, I like it in its simplest form. Since this is a sinigang you can add radish, mustard, or snow cabbage.TipIt is recommended to boil the chicken feet until very tender, which takes a minimum of 30 minutes after the first boil. Add more water because the soup will be reduced by boiling the chicken feet until tender..That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

This video showcases Filipino Home Cooking using the traditional method of using a wood fire in a clay stove. This video features "Tortang Talong" or "Eggplant Omolet". Tortang Talong is one of the most popular dishes in our country. It is a very simple dish yet very tasty and very delicious. Tortang Talong is also a very versatile dish, you can add ground meat on top of it when you fry, or you can add the ground meat when you beat the eggs, also you can add minced tomatoes to the beaten eggs, you can add minced bell pepper on the beaten eggs. Also, after dipping the eggplants into the beaten eggs you can dip them into bread crumbs for a crunchy outer layer just like our beloved crunchy fried chicken. Aside from grilling the eggplants, you can boil them if you want not to peel the skin. Tortang Talong in its simplest form is only consisting of eggplant, egg, and salt.Interesting factI am proud to say that Tortang Talong or Eggplant Omelet originated in our country, the Philippines. I came to know this dish in my youngest days. Best time to cook this dish?It is a very popular breakfast, but it is a perfect lunch too!Best way to eat this dish?Dip it in catchup. here in our country, we like to dip it in fish sauce with calamansi and chili, or, soy sauce with calamansi and chili, or, Artem (a fermented green/red pepper using vinegar). If you are going to ask me which dip is my favorite I say... All of them! They are just very perfect for torta!That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. The dish featured in this video is called "Sinigang na Salmon".It is one of the most popular dishes in our country. Sinigang is a very versatile dish, you can use meat, chicken, shrimp, and fish to cook sinigang. There are also numerous vegetables that we like to add to our sinigang like Snow Cabbage, Mustard, Green Pepper, Sweet Potato Leaves, and Water Spinach. Sinigang is famous for being a sour dish. Cooking a meat sinigang is slightly different since root crop vegetables are added as opposed to fish sinigang where vegetable leaves are only the vegetables added. These are the most common fishes that we use in a fish sinigang: Blue Scad Mackerel, Salmon, Tilapia, and Milk Fish (Milk Fish is my all-time favorite).Interesting factSinigang is commonly cooked and served during lunchtime (summer or rainy days). On rainy days sinigang is more frequently cooked because of the cold weather.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

This video showcases traditional Filipino Cooking specifically Traditional Ilocano cooking featuring PAKBET/PINAKBET. This dish is a part of the culture of Ilocanos. I myself, Pinakbet is one of my favorites. It is very simple yet nutritious and healthy since it consists of vegetables. In its simplest form, a pinakbet dish is only consisting of Eggplant, Bitter Gourd, and Sweet Potatoes with fish sauce added to make it tasty. Aside from the ingredients that I mentioned here are some of the vegetables that are usually used to cook pinakbet: Cabbage, Okra, String Beans, Lima Beans, Dolichos lablab, Tomato, Squash, Winged Bean, Onion, Moringa Drumstick, and Green Pepper. And to level up the tastiness of pinakbet fried pork, fried fish, and chicharon are added. By the way, I cooked a Tagalog variant of Pinakbet prior to cooking this Ilocano version, check it out in this video Traditional Wood Fire Cooking #6: Introducing "Ginisang Pinakbet/Ginisang Pakbet"How I came to know about this dishI was born into an Ilocano family, my father used to cook this dish, and I learned to cook this dish by watching how my father prepare and cook it. Aside from the father, my two elder sisters would also cook this dish on an almost weekly basis further giving me the knowledge of how to cook Pinakbet.Interesting factMy first few attempts at cooking this dish always end up very salty, but then I found out that I don't have to use too much fish sauce. Tomatoes make the soup a lot tastier. Some grandparents would add cooking oil to their pinakbet making it tastier.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. This video is all about video gameplay of an old fighting game called "Marvel vs Capcom: Clash of Superheroes". It is a fighting game that was released in 1998. As the title implies the characters in this fighting game is consisting of characters from MARVEL and CAPCOM. This game is one of the breakthrough games in the late 1990s along with TEKKEN. I used to play this game when I was in college. I would go to malls and straight up to their amusement park then play this game casually. It was one of my hobbies back then playing this game casually.How I am able to play this gameI used an emulator called "Mame". Mame is downloadable for free. Aside from Mame, you need to download the "ROM" of the game that you want to play. There are lots of websites out there where you can download ROMs of old games. I used my keyboard in playing this game (which I find easier than using a joystick).

This video showcases the Filipino style of cooking in the traditional way, using a wood fire and clay stove. In this edition, I will be showing you guys how I cooked "Paksiw na Tilapia", it is a dish that is very popular in our country. Also, it is one of the simplest and easiest dishes to prepare, not only that, but it is also one of the easiest to cook. You just put most of the ingredients in a bowl, add some water, add some vinegar, season with salt, and then boil. The cooking time of this dish takes about less than twenty minutes. This dish also has many variants, and a lot of vegetables can also be added. Aside from Tilpia one of the most popular to be used on a paksiw dish is Milk Fish and Blue Scad Mackerel. A lot of vegetable options are also available for this dish like Snow Cabbage, Eggplant, Bitter Gourd, and Okra.Interesting factThe Tilapia that I used in this dish came from the lake that was one minute's ride from our house. Our neighborhood is very lucky because of this lake that is abundant with freshwater fish. Aside from fish, clams and shrimps can also be found on the lake. This lake is supplying us with free fish all year long. All we have to do is catch them.When do we always cook this dish?Most of the time this dish is cooked and served specifically for lunchtime. This dish is very versatile, it can be cooked and served during the rainy season and summer season. In the summer season, this dish becomes the best when partnered with cold drinks.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

This video is all about showcasing Filipino Home Cooking. In this edition of traditional wood fire cooking, I will be cooking curry for the first time using wood. Who doesn't want curry? We all love curry, right? Chicken Curry is one of my favorites. The only reason that keeps me from cooking it frequently is that it is an expensive dish but it is always worth cooking it because it is a very tasty dish, especially its sauce. I suddenly craved chicken curry which is why I cooked this for my family today. I eat a lot when the curry is served. Chicken Curry is commonly cooked and served for lunch. When I first cooked chicken curry I used evaporated milk I was not impressed with the outcome and then I changed evaporated milk to coconut and I loved the outcome as of today whenever I cooked chicken curry I am always using coconut milk. I love my curry when it turns a little oily, yummy.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

This video showcases the Filipino way of home cooking. This edition is all about "Nilagang Baboy" (Boiled Pork). Nilagang Baboy is probably the easiest and simplest recipe for Filipinos. This dish only consists of three main ingredients namely Pork, Snow Cabbage (or Cabbage), and Potato (Potato can be omitted). The only spice of this dish is onion and to make the soup tasty salt is used. Aside from it is being easy to prepare it is also one of the easiest to cook, you just put most of the ingredients in a bowl (except for the snow cabbage or cabbage) bring it to a boil, and add salt to taste, when the pork is tender the snow cabbage or cabbage is added and it is done.Perfect time to cook this dish?Most of the time this dish is cooked and served for lunch and it is more popular during the rainy season because of the cold weather. This video showcases the Filipino/Ilocano way of cooking using wood on a clay stove. In this video, I will be sharing with you guys a dish that is one of my favorites, "Ginisang Monngo". Ginisang Monggo is one of the most popular dishes in our country and like many Filipino dishes, this is also a very versatile dish. You can add a variety of vegetables to this dish like bitter gourd leaves, bitter gourd, moringa leaves, moringa drumstick, Malabar Spinach, tomato, and green pepper, you can even add fried fish and fried pork if you want, or chicharron. This will be the first time in my life that I am going to cook ginisang monggo with Moringa drumsticks. This also has a touch of an "out of the ordinary" way of cooking, instead of adding the moringa after sauteeing I included it in boiling the mung beans and then removing it so that it will not be overcooked.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Tightening Loose Motorcycle Chain (there is a Clanking Sound on the Chain and on the Chan Cover), Aligning Rear Wheel, and Test Driving
About this videoThis video is all about performing maintenance on our workhorse motorcycle which is a 4-stroke Kawasaki motorcycle with a sidecar that is less than 5 years old. The maintenance that I performed in this video is tightening the loose chain of the motorcycle and then aligning the rear wheel of the motorcycle. A few days ago, I noticed a clanking sound suddenly appear on the chain cover. At first, I tried to remove the lower chain cover and then test-drive it and the clanking sound seems to go away. So, I assumed that that sound is only caused by the chain bumping the lower chain cover. With that being said, I put the chain cover back (aligning it fully so that the chain will not bump it again once I get to drive on rough roads. But then the clanking sound seems not to go away and it only got worse so I decided to tighten the chain. After removing both the lower and upper chain cover I now noticed that the chain is actually very loose. A loose chain will cause it to sway left and right when the road is bumpy therefore making the chain the chain cover. Then I proceeded to tighten the chain by loosening all the nuts but there was a nut that I forgot to loosen which you can watch on the video what nut it is (deep inside me I was laughing at myself when I realized that I did not loosen the nut, haha). Then after I loosened the said nut I again proceeded to pull the rear wheel backward so that the chain will tighten then after that I attempted to tighten the nuts keeping the rear wheel from moving. But again, I realized that I am doing it wrong, you can see in the video how I finally get to tighten the chain and align the rear wheel at the same time just by tightening two nuts, and in my opinion, it is the correct way of tightening the chain and aligning the rear wheel, you can see it in the video. This is actually only the 4th or 5th time that I am going to tighten the chain and align the rear wheel of this motorcycle since I only got to take responsibility and manage it in the later months of 2021..Interesting factI learned to drive a motorcycle on my own. Prior to driving a motorcycle for the first time in the latter part of 2021. I am actually very much skilled in bicycling which I started to learn back in the 1990s. Before I get to drive a motorcycle I actually have the knowledge of how to make a motorcycle go forward since I get to ride motorcycles on my way to school and back home again. Whenever I ride a motorcycle I am always looking at how the driver makes the motorcycle go forward, then I am also observing how they drive on the road. I think that knowledge helped me a lot because I can say now that I am a very defensive driver. And here is another very interesting fact, I only got to drive a single motorcycle (no sidecar) also in the latter part of 2021. You see, when I first experienced it I can say that riding a bicycle is very much the same as riding a motorcycle but they are technically different since a motorcycle has a motor driving it forward. Another interesting fact, I first learned to drive a motorcycle with a sidecar before I got to try driving a single motorcycle with no sidecar. And with all honesty, I am very much afraid of "speed" so when I am driving my fastest is always at 60 KPH.How I learned to tighten the chain and align the rear wheel of a motorcycleBy observing those that are doing it in actuality. And again, in all honesty, I was afraid at first to perform the tightening and aligning since I am thinking that I will be breaking something when I do. But doing it for the first time will get you out of that feeling and then the next time that you are going to perform it you will be more confident. Just don't do it if you are planning to use your motorcycle on the same day (if you are a novice driver). Also, you will learn the extent of how tight the nuts will be as for me, I am still afraid to exert the full might of my strength on tightening the nuts since I have seen my eldest brother doing it and ending up beheading the bolts and the nuts lost their threads. As of now, the tightness of the nuts that I tighten can last for 5-6 months before they get loosened by everyday driving.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

This video is showcasing the Filipino/Ilocano way of cooking using a traditional woodfire on a clay stove. In this edition I will be showcasing "Sinigang na may Gabi". It is one of my favorite variants of Sinigang ever since, I just love the soup when combined with Taro (Gabi). There are lots of variants of sinigang, namely: Pork Sinigang, Bangus Sinigang (Milk Fish Sinigang), Tilapoa Sinigang, Dalag Sinigang, Shrimp Sinigang, Beef Sinigang, Chicken Sinigang. But buy all-time favorites are Pork and Milk Fish they are just very tasty and the soup is very tasty. There are also a lot of vegetables that can be used on sinigang namely: Water Spinach, Okra, Radish, String Beans, Mustard, Taro, Green Pepper, and Tomato. My personal favorite is Mustard and Taro. With that being said, this video is about cooking a pork sinigang with Mustard and Taro.Interesting FactThis is actually the first time that I will be cooking this dish since the pandemic, it can also be way before the pandemic, that's how long I have not cooked this recipe until now. The last time that I cooked this recipe is using a gas stove, but today, I am going to use wood fire stove.

This video is all about cooking one of my personal favorite dishes, it is called "Pakbet or "Pinakbet". Pinakbet is an Ilocano favorite dish, every Ilocanos love it. Pinakbet also has many variants but they all use fish sauce (Bagoong). Without the fish sauce, it will never be called Pinakbet. Back when I was young, my family would cook pinakbet using eggplant (round), bitter gourd, sweet potatoes, and fish sauce and that's it you can now cook pinakbet using those ingredients. But it can be upgraded by adding Moringa Drumstick, Cabbage, Tomato, Pumpkin/Squash, Lima Bean, String Bean, Onion (whole), Okra, Pigeon Pea, Bataw, and Winged Bean. But then again you can level up that upgrade by adding either of these: fried pork, fried or grilled fish (I prefer Milk Fish and Tilapia). Most of the time cooking Pinakbet is done with all the ingredients in a pot then water is added and when it boils the fish sauce is added and that's it. Some would cook pinakbet by sauteeing the tomatoes, which is actually the one that I am going to show you today.Fun FactThis is actually the first time that I am going to cook Pinakbet this way (Ginisa). I knew and I have seen someone cook this way and I knew that it is equally delicious as the traditional way of cooking pinakbet.That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.

This video is all about the Filipino way of home cooking specifically the Ilocano way of cooking using a wood fire on a clay stove. In this edition, I will be showcasing how I cook "Tinolang Manok" one of the most famous and tastiest dishes here in our country. Back in the day, in the 1980s and earlier Tinola is not a common dish, it was most of the time cooked and served on Christmas eve. But now, cooking Tinola has become normal. You can see it almost in every restaurant that you are going to visit.My personal experiences with this dishMy first memory of the "name" of this dish was when I first traveled to Antipolo City together with my eldest brother. I already knew this dish but I haven't heard or remembered its name until that travel. It is ironic to have known and eaten the dish for more than five years before I get to know its name. My family used to cook it but I never remember them mentioning the name of the dish.Best way to cook this dish?We Ilocanos use native chicken and vegetables are added like Papaya and Moringa leaves. If Papaya and Moringa are not available Chayote can be used as a substitute for Papaya, and Green Pepper Leaves can be used as a substitute for Moringa. Both are equally tasty but nothing beats the nutrition that you can get from Moringa leaves (Moringa is considered a "Super Food"). In the absence of vegetables you can cook Tinola without any vegetables just make sure to complete all the spices such as onion (red is the best), garlic, and ginger).That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. This dish is so simple you only need one main ingredient: Chicken Liver. But I added some potatoes (which is completely optional), the rest are spices, soy sauce, and white vinegar. Goal of this videoOne of my many goals in making this video is to share with the world the Filipinos' way of cooking particularly "Home Cooking" in the traditional way using a wood fire and a clay stove.Ingredients of Chicken Liver Adobo:* 750 grams of chicken liver * 200 grams of potatoes * 2 cloves garlic * 2 pieces small red onion * 1/2 tablespoon crushed black pepper * 1 small ginger * 60 ml soy sauce (you can add more to adjust the saltiness) * 60 ml soy sauce (you can add more to adjust the sourness) * 1 tablespoon cooking oil (for sauteeing)

This video is all about traditional cooking one of the simplest yet very delicious dishes in my country, the Philippines. The dish is locally known as "Ginisang Kamatis na may Itlog" or "Sauteed Tomatoes with Eggs". This dish is very simple, it only got two main ingredients namely TOMATOES and EGGS and the rest are spices.
Dish backstory (how I came to know this dish)My first encounter with this dish was when I was still a child. In the 1980s my father used to cook this dish about twice a month (because of a scarcity of tomatoes and we are very far from the market, and the means of transportation is very very hard back then). I eat a lot back then when this dish is served which is still true today, I still eat a lot when this dish is on our table.
Ingredients:* 750 grams of tomatoes
* 3 pcs eggs
* 1 small onion
* 1 clove garlic
* Salt (to taste)
* MSG (monosodium Glutamate) (to taste) - MSG is optional, it can be omitted
Cooking Oil (for sauteeing)
That is all for now guys, catch you up with the next one. Wishing you all safety, good health, and abundance.
