“I’m sorry” can be a powerful phrase in a relationship - it can pull people together or just as easily drive them apart (if done poorly). While childhood taught many of us to apologize just to appease our caregivers, often, we were not modeled what a sincere apology should actually be.
Join the coaches as we discuss how to make a meaningful apology and what elements are common to this - and what statements could exacerbate the problem.

Join us as the coaches talk about how to embrace the anxiousness we feel - and use it for our advantage - as well as encourage us to be mindful of our moments.

Have you experienced trauma and are looking for a way to not relive it, but to grow from it? What about having experienced trauma as a couple and trying to move past it - but still feeling stuck? Are you wondering what a gym, Mark Twain, and a hurdy-gurdy player have in common? Okay, there’s not an answer to that one (other than Matthew’s randomness).
Here’s some practical ways to “unstick” from trauma and start to see the growth that comes from it as Coach Marlena explores traumatic growth with the other coaches.
