Hello Hivers, I have always talked about mental health and the need to acknowledge it as an issue and remove the taboo associated with it. Well, here's another poem explaining how it feels when anxiety hits you. With this video I just want to convey how important it is to consider this issue and not simply overlook because it is a normal and as painful as a physical injury. Besides I feel, as a family we must be supportive and considerate towards each other..!!

Hello Hivers, right before the lockdown I was out on a trip to Gokarna and had witnessed one of the finest beaches in India. But not only the beaches, there's a 8.7 km trek covering 5 beaches to take your breath away. On my way of trekking I shot this small video for fun. I am sharing this today, I hope you guys like it.
Also, since this video was shot on mobile, it's constantly moving, so apologies for that.
