@IamEden is back here with you. As promised, I will be sharing with you all my Marina Barrage escapades with my very good friend @paulajogalix, and this time she is our model! I am so excited to tell you all about it.
It was actually my last tour before flying back to the Philippines and if you happen to watch or read my previous post (https://peakd.com/hive-163772/@iameden/gfhbxjmv) this is the continuation. And on this very same day, I went first to do sailing with my ex-colleagues. My manager finally decided to gave me a farewell party on a yacht and of course I will do another upload on that, so please stay tuned.
Let's go ahead and meet our friend @paulajogalix. So, after our sail, I asked one of my colleagues to drive me to the nearest MRT station and from there, I will be riding a bus to our rendezvous.
Once you are inside the MRT station, make sure to alight at the DOWNTOWN station (Blue line), then take Exit A to find The Sail Bus stop. At exit A, use the escalator to go up, and once you are outside, cross over the street (make sure to use the pedestrian lane).
Another way is to find the Exit E at the Downtown station (the easiest way up directly in front of the bus stop where you have to wait for the BUS 400, it is 5 bus stop away to Marina Barrage.
Okay, guys, here is the tricky part, there is only one bus to go to Marina Barrage, it is Bus 400. If you miss this bus, you'll have to wait for another 20-30mins, otherwise, you take a cab (fare ranges from 10-15sgd depending if it's a busy hour) while taking a bus is around $3.
I managed to reach Marina Barrage after 30 minutes of waiting, meaning I miss the previous bus and my ride took me for only 5 minutes.

My friend Jo waited for me patiently and we were both so hungry and we decided to head straight to 'Satay by the Bay' before roaming around the place.
We actually thought at first that it was closed but we were lucky that it was open for us to explore the place. We took a lot of photos together. We actually miss each other and it is a big NO-NO if we won't be able to meet up before my flight.
Some of you may ask, what is Marina Barrage? Well, Marina Barrage is actually part of the comprehensive flood control scheme to alleviate flooding in the low-lying areas in Singapore such as Chinatown, Boat Quay, Jalan Besar, and Geylang. During heavy rain, the series of nine crest gates at the dam are activated to release excess stormwater into the sea when the tide is low.
But apart from that, they make Marina Barrage one of the tourist spots in Singapore where you can actually get a 360 degrees view of the city and the sea around Singapore, for free! Isn't it amazing!
So guys, if you happen to go to Singapore, make sure to put this place on your bucket list.

Today, I am taking my chance to join this week's theme "Conversation with God". This is my very first time participating here as well and I am hoping that I can touch your heart with my singing, especially this song 'May Awa ang Dios", a Tagalog Christian Song that gives me comfort in all the hardships and pains that I am enduring.
I do believe that with your faith in God, miracles do happen to those who call upon Him.
This song has been my comforting music every time I missed my late parents and each time trials break me down to my knees.
'May Awa ang Dios' was popularized by Beverly Caimen and Louise Lyle Robles is the composer of this song which they performed during ASOP Year 3.

Hi there Everyone, it's me again, Eden.
Hope you are all doing great today.
Sharing with you this time is the music video cover I have filmed inside my hotel room during my quarantinecation in Manila. It was taken on May 2021, when I arrived in Manila from Singapore, there is a mandatory 10-day quarantine in a hotel. Luckily, I didn't pay any cents as this is arranged by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). I made myself busy and created vlogs including this music video. It was funny though and an amazing experience for me (Thank God, I tested negative of Covid-19 virus so I went home after that and continued another 4-day quarantine at home (protocol). I learned to sing this song from my late mother. It was one of her favorite song that I usually hear her sing when I was a kid. I miss her so much! If only I could turn back the time and chose to spend more time with her to make more memories when growing up. If only. Anyways, I hope you'll like this one.

Hi there Beautiful People!
I am very excited to share a 'tagalog' cover song and take you back in the 90's era.
This song was very popular during my elementary/primary years and I did check the original song on how they make their music video on YouTube and decided to make one for myself. A few of my friends told me I was a 'frustrated singer' and I honestly accepted that (I am fine taking that 'description of me' as long as I don't harm them or anybody in anyway). I look forward to the day when technologies can be very accesible to everyone so that I can create the ideas of music videos for any song that I love to hear or sing. The location of this music video was when I was still in Singapore spicifically at Bukit Panjang Ring Road where I stayed for about seven years. It was during the surge of pandemic and I was too careful not to be seen by anyone not wearing a mask (but surely after taking clips I put on my mask) so I decided to film at night around the block where I stay. I still need a lot of improvement for my singing and editing techniques but I hope you guys will still support me. I will try my best to be better each time. I am hoping to bring more exciting videos soon, God willing.

Hi Beautiful People!
Coming right up is another music video I made while I was still in Singapore. Location of the video is at Bukit Panjang area where I usually go for a jog at night.
Singapore is considered to be the safest country and got no problem going out of the house even in the middle of the night.
Anyway, I have been dreaming of making this music video when I was still at the very young age (haha!) because I grew up with Debbie Gibson music and so I was inspired by all of her songs. She is very pretty too! I hope you guys like the outcome of my editing techniques hehe. Thank you!

Hello Everyone!
Yesterday was my birthday (24th January -PH time) and so today in all other parts of the world. Yay!
Nothing special happened yesterday, I was too lazy to cook and wasn't able to go out of the house either to atleast grab a piece of cake for my self. So right after my household chores including feeding my piglets and cleaning their pen, I decided to grab my phone and edit this music video.
A long and lasting love is my wish for myself and everyone of us. I for one had a hard time finding the Mr. Right and I know other friends who has the same dilemna as me (unfortunately). But I am still very happy and contented because I have God with me that strengthen my FAITH, HOPE and LOVE.
With this, I am happy to share with you all this music cover I manage to film when I was still in Singapore.
