Vermicelli is a healthy food that does not cause acnes like instant noodles. Vietnam is a special country because nowhere else will you find many delicious dishes with broth like ours. Today I will introduce to you a very simple way to make shrimp vermicelli with mushrooms
Ingredients
- Mushrooms
- Shrimp
- Vermicelli (Vermicelli)
- Onion
- Vegetables or bean sprouts
- Pig bone
- Fish sauce, pepper, salt
- Step 1: Wash pork bones with salt water, stew for about 1 hour to have a pot of sweet broth
- Step 2: Chop boiled shrimp with mushrooms. On a hot pan, sauté onion with oil, then add shrimp and mushrooms and stir well with salt and pepper
- Step 3: decorate the bowl. Put vermicelli at the bottom, then shrimp and mushrooms, vegetables, pork bones and finally add the stewed broth from step 1
This is a very tasty dish on cold days. With only easy-to-find ingredients like shrimp and mushrooms, I had a delicious meal. You can modify the pork bones with chicken bones and any vegetables you like

According to science, we should not skip breakfast because it is very unhealthy. Don't you have much time to make your own breakfast? In this post, I will introduce to you a very quick and delicious banana pancake recipe that takes no more than 15 minutes
Ingredients are easy to find
- 3 ripe bananas
- 120g flour
- 10g of baking powder
- 40g sugar, 2g salt
- 1 egg
- butter
Let's get started
- Step 1: Cut 2 bananas, add eggs, flour and baking powder combination, sugar and salt
- Step 2: Add 30ml of water to the bowl. Use chopsticks or a spatula to thoroughly stir the mixture until the eggs and flour are evenly dissolved
- Step 3: Heat the pan, add butter in low heat. Pour the batter into small circles on the pan. Each side will need 3' to cook
- Step 4: When the cake is caramel color, take out the cake on a plate
So within 15 minutes, I finished banana pancake quickly. This dish is very suitable when eaten with chocolate or honey. With simple ingredients and steps, let's try out, it's extemely delicious. Futhermore, dont forget to eat breakfast, my friends!

Nha Trang is located in the South Central Coast, considered one of the most beautiful coastal cities in Vietnam. The climate here is mild, pleasant, with little rain and not too hot. This place is blessed with a 15 km long beach. Blue sea water is clear and clean. Nha Trang is a very suitable place for tourism and every year it attracts millions of tourists to visit
I like listening to the waves of the sea. It is very peaceful and comfortable. In Nha Trang, the typical feature is that the waves are not too big and the sound is very smooth. When I hear the sound of the ocean waves, all the stress and fatigue seem to disappear
As you can see in the video, everything is peaceful and gentle. Children were playing soccer in the sand, some people were bathing in the sea. Like Da Nang, Nha Trang is known as the most livable city in Vietnam
Nha Trang is also very developed with many 5-star hotels and restaurants. Coming to this coastal city, do not forget to eating seafood. They are very fresh and delicious. In addition, the people here are extremely friendly and affable. They enthusiastically guide me when I don't know the way or the address

Fried rice with pineapple is a famous dish of Thailand. Fried rice is quite easy to make and cooked with many different ingredients depending on the preferences of each person. Today, I made fried rice with pineapple very quickly with easy to find ingredients. This is my favorite dish to eat on rainy and cold days
**Ingredients
**
- 1 pineapple
- Cold rice
- 1 Chicken egg
- Cooked pork
- Scallion
- Shallot
- Chili sauce
You can replace pork with other ingredients such as sausage, shrimp or squid depending on your preference. Also you can add other vegetables like carrots or peas
Let's get started
- Step 1: Cut 1/3 pineapple, take the pineapple inside and cut into small pieces. The shell will be used as a bowl and for decoration
- Step 2: Heat the pan, add shallot. Then put the rice in and fry it until the rice is firm
- Step 3: Add the eggs in the rice pan. Stir well to combine eggs and rice into one. When the rice grains turn an eye-catching golden color, add the cooked pork
- Step 4: Put pineapple in the pan and stir for 3 minutes. Finally add scallion to make the dish more fragrant
When the dish was cooked, I poured it into the pineapple shell in the beginning. Do you see the food which is delicious and having a bright yellow color? I found this dish to be quite easy to make with simple ingredients

I love making healthy and simple dessert drinks. If you add fruit to the water and decorate with lemon and mint, your drink will be more interesting and delicious. Also, I like to mix syrups and yakults with soda. Today I will introduce to you 2 recipes for detox drinks, good for health, especially delicious and eye-catching.
Recipe 1: Lime Cucumber Detox
The ingredients are very simple:
- Lime
- Cucumber
- Apple
- Water
- Ice
- Mint
As shown in the video, I put ice in the cup, then add all fruit ingredients, pour the water and finally decorate with mint leaves.
This detox dish is good for the liver, especially it is very fragrant with lemon - mint. In summer, try out this recipe will have several health benefits
Recipe 2: Yakult Mocktail
This is a dish I often come across in pubs for non-alcoholic customers. This dish is also very good for the body, especially delicious and beautiful in color.

- Strawberry syrup

- Ice

- Yakult
- Mint
I put the syrup in the bottom of the cup, then add ice, lime, and soda. Finally I add yakult. You will see the cup is divided into 3 layers of eye-catching colors. Finally garnish with mint leaves
Here are 2 healthy and delicious drink recipes. With very simple ingredients, I finished it in less than 10 minutes. You can bring a water bottle with you to work, school or sports. Drinking this water helps to rehydrate, the body refreshes and dispels fatigue

How to go to Hon Tre Island and Vinpearl?
You can move from anywhere to Cam Ranh airport, Khanh Hoa. From here, I rented a motorbike to move to Nha Trang city about 45 minutes. To reach Hon Tre island, I sat on a cable car from the mainland to the island. This is the second longest aerial tramway system in Vietnam. Looking from a height of over 3000m down to the blue sea is a very attractive memory
I visited there in April when not many people travel. I booked a ticket for 2 days 1 night including 3* room, breakfast and games for 880k ($40). This is a very cheap price because Vinpearl wants to promote tourism in the context of the Covid 19 epidemic.
What did I play there?
Vinpearl Nha Trang on Hon Tre Island is the first resort complex in Vietnam built by Vin Group. This place includes a lot of adventure games. There are games with very fast speed that make me extremely excited and surprised. There are also water games such as surfing or swinging across the sea. All games are challenging, don't worry about safety because they are equipped with very safe and thorough protection.
What makes me very interested is also the artificial aquarium with more than 300 different species of creatures. These are lovely colorful fishes.
The most impressive moment for me is when I catch the sunset on the coast of Hon Tre island. Me and nature became one, the crimson sunset falls like a poetic picture.Besides,Vinpearl has the largest sun wheel in Vietnam
Breakfast at Vinpearl is carefully prepared with Vietnamese specialties such as pho and sticky rice to European dishes such as bread and sauce. I am very impressed and satisfied with Vinpearl's service. All staff are gentle and help us quickly
It was my very memorable trip at Hon Tre Island and Vinpearl Nha Trang. There are also other resorts such as Vinpearl Nam Hoi An, Vinpearl Phu Quoc.

Hello everyone, I am living and working in Hanoi capital, North Vietnam and I love the daily vibe of life there. Before the Covid 19 pandemic caused the city to be quarantined, Hanoi is a city with a happy and fast vibe. Every weekend morning, when I don't have to go to work, I will go for a walk around the city, enjoy the peaceful and bustling atmosphere of Hanoi.
I often watch the elderly doing exercise, I walk around the lake and start eating breakfast. People often eat breakfast quite early from 7am with dishes such as sticky rice or beef noodle soup (Pho Bo). When you come to Vietnam, don't miss the beef noodle soup; it's so delicious. Then I drink coffee at a cafe shop next to the cathedral and talk with my friends. The vibe in Hanoi is both fast and slow, fast by the vehicles and slow by the images of the old people there
Believe me, when visiting Hanoi, you will be very impressed with the street vendors on the sidewalks or the food here. It is very tasty and cheap. The people are extremely friendly and hospitable. Some beautiful places in Hanoi are Hoan Kiem Lake, the St. Joseph Cathedral, Hoa Lo prison and so on. Hanoi is famous for its Old Quarter - 36 ancient streets. Each street will sell the right item according to the name. On weekends, people often hang out and most will choose the old town with its hustling and bustling. Currently, Hanoi city is in lockdown period. I hope that the epidemic will end soon so that everyone can be more convenient in purchasing and traveling.
Before lockdown, Hanoi attracted millions of tourists to visit. Besides, this is also an ideal place to live with great opportunities like Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang. I used to be a tour guide and my customers were very interested in the beautiful scenery, people and food in Hanoi. Vietnamese people are so simple and warm.
