.For over 20 years, Bryan suffered from intense daily pain that made it, at times, difficult to walk, sleep, and take care of his basic needs.
He tried everything from traditional medications to alternative therapies in search of relief, but nothing seemed to work.
Through his own personal experience and professional training, Bryan has developed a holistic approach to chronic pain management that combines TRE® and TCSTM with other somatic tools and practices.
