Welcome to "On the Line" where hosts Cam Langsford and Mikki Williden bring you insights and discussions about their businesses and the challenges they face, as well as touch on topics related to endurance fitness, health, wellness and craft beer.
Cam is the owner of Training Tilt, a software platform that helps triathlon and endurance coaches improve the performance of their athletes and businesses. Mikki is a nutritionist who helps people achieve their weight loss and confidence goals through online nutrition coaching and meal planning.
Each week, Cam and Mikki get together to chat about their business experiences and share ideas and insights on entrepreneurship and the ups an downs of being your own boss, as well as discuss various aspects of endurance fitness, health, and wellness. They also share their experiences traveling to endurance events and business conferences around the world.
When they're not recording their podcast on the go, Cam and Mikki can be found meeting up at local Auckland craft breweries to record their episodes and sample some great craft beer, which they might even discuss on the show. Tune in to "On the Line" for a fun and casual conversation about business, entrepreneurship, endurance fitness, health, and wellness. Oh and craft beer.
Mikki and Cam especially are struggling with the winter blues.
So we try to lighten things up and do some beer reviews of our tasting flight at the Beer Spot in Kingsland

It's been a few weeks since the last episode.
Cam discusses his Dad's passing and what it meant to give him a good send off
Mikki is in the last two weeks of her Mondays Matter program and is working to put together a continuation program for her members and also a new group coaching program to fit somewhere in between her Mondays Program and her Master your Metabolism program. There's big gap for people to jump from one to another so a program to help people get from one to another feels appropriate.
Cam discusses his business coaching and a repositioning project he is working on with his business coach that circles back nicely to his original vision for the Training Tilt platform.

Sometimes it's hard to get motivated to do the work. Sometimes because it's Monday, some times just because.
Cam and Mikki discuss how doing the work is sometime what's required first before you can start enjoying the work. It's apparent that the most successful people out there are those that do the work consistently regardless of how they feel and how they are motivated.
A week back in country has at least seen some great weather. This pod episode is remote over Zoom but we are looking forward to getting back in touch in person next week, hopefully at a brewery.
Business wise, Mikki is getting a head start on her next big program and Cam is feeling the pressure (in a good way) of is smaller sized coaching group and has his next session tomorrow.
Cam's focusing on promoting his next webinar designed to help coaches integrate this new wave of AI technology into their businesses. And not just the obvious things around AI generated training plans and analysis but also making everyday tasks faster and easier to complete.

We caught up again to record while still in LA. We met up the famous Martha's Kitchen for breakfast before finding a quiet spot across the road at a deli to talk about Unicorn Tears, solving problems for customers and figuring out how to exchange value for money with our customers.
