God wants us to know no matter where we are at in life, he is there in our highs and our lows. He will not leave us or forsake us.
There is another that deceives - he comes to destroy us and wants to stop us from our callings, snuff our light. We must discern who it is talking.

In this sermon Pastor Greg uses Paul as an example of how people will push their views on others. (Based in Acts Chapter 9)
The difficult times is what brings us into God's presence, it is also our teacher. Sadly this is where we learn to build our relationship with Christ Jesus - but it may also have the most significance in this time. We need Jesus Christ, God, The Holy Spirit at all times, praise them in the good rejoicing, don't just wait for the storms. They help guide us through life, and are the best friend we will ever know. The give the love to the lonely, sustain us, heal us, direct us, and arrange meetings among others along our way. But we must do our part, - grow our relationship with them, move on faith, take action.

We sometimes have to just allow people to walk their journey to God. It is their journey - help, show love, guide.
- Be an example to help them - not to be higher them as in acting as if we are better so we are looking down, but be a shining light, by shining our light. Be a light to their way.
Jesus wants to love us all. We step into grace one step at a time - step by step, someone helped and was patient with us!

as Jesus took his last breath he still asked for us to be forgiven, for we know not what we do.
Jesus asked for us to be forgiven as all those painful things were being done to him - Mentally and Physically - He still asked for us to be forgiven!
We must forgive others so we ourselves can be forgiven.
People view the church as perfect people, and we are not. We know who to go to with our struggles, and we are all at different points in our faith, and our journeys.

Quite often we focus on the lack, ,what we lost. We forget what we have or what we have left. What we have is enough. We are lead to believe that we are alone in our life struggles, we go through things believing the lie that we are all alone, and that no one understands. In this position we are being set up to fall by the enemy. He waits for lows and weak points to attack.
A lot of times we portray that we have it all figured out and we have no problems, which is discouraging to outsiders looking in. By hiding our issues we hurt ourselves, and mislead potential members - Ones who could have helped us, our church, or become something much greater. We never know who we are passing by or is passing by us! Be real. We all have imperfections and issues. Be confident in you and love you. Work on handling your problems rather than hiding them.

There will be things that giving up is not an option, and the pain will remain until we do something about it.
