In this first episode, we're going to dive into the concept of Ikigai, which is a Japanese term that translates to 'a reason for being.' It's a way of finding your purpose in life and aligning your passions, talents, and career aspirations to create a fulfilling life.
I discovered Ikigai a few years ago and it completely changed the way I thought about my career and my life. I was stuck in a dead-end job, feeling unfulfilled and uninspired. But after learning about Ikigai, I was able to find my true passion - media production - and I've never looked back.
