Understanding leg work for building a home. Pre-Planning for a home build is a lot of work. Our checklist has 35 items. And this is why it’s so important to involve the builder in buying a lot to coordinate the planning. Utilities and different things needed, and costs associated with developing the lot. These are all costs that are incurred by the how owner that need to be discussed prior to the home being built that will most likely come out of pocket for the homeowner.
We move into bathroom remodeling from beginning to end discussing best practices, materials, and processes that we have developed over time. How do the new materials make it easier and less labor intensive and easier to install if you know what you’re doing. Listen to us compare the old versus new school way of doing a shower install. Our interior designers tell us how we should listen to the client and gather as much information as possible before starting to make suggestions.
