LIFT Your Shop Podcast has the awesome Joh  Pearson on and he explains how he goes about managing his two Pearson Auto shops in Alaska and his one Auto Correct shop in Arizona which are 3,500 miles apart.  

John went to UTI in 2006 and worked on cars until 2010. He then joined the military to work on helicopter where they sent him to Alaska. In 2013 he started his own shop from his garage. In November 2013 he then started Pearson Auto as a one bay shop which is now 9 bays today. In August 2020 he opened his second store in Alaska which got to 120k/mo in revenue in just 3 months. He then opened his latest venture in Arizona in August 2021 where he now manages 3 shops that are 3500 miles apart!
