It doesn't matter where you've been or what you've been through, God is the Promise-keeper. He's not interested in your perfection he wants your heart. Come explore your faith in the word. He's mended my brokenness and despair and he'll mend yours too. God doesn't just want some of you he wants all of you, I want that for you too, a Monday Morning Faith.
In Acts chapter 1, Jesus tells the apostles "It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority." Not knowing the future leaves us in a conflict between having free will to make choices and who or what is in control. Let's talk about 3 different ways we can face this.
Let's turn to the book of Jude to see how we can both recognize and respond to ungodliness in our own lives and others. Keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord - Jude 21
Gossip: It sneaks up, it feels good, it's a distraction and it can bring a whirlwind of hurt into your relationships. There's good reason the bible cautions against it- God desires you to have better relationships and ways of relating and he gives us the help to do it. The secret to being content is Christ. In Philippians 4, Paul said "I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want." Let's dive into Pauls wisdom and find out how we can be content in a world of want.
