On July 31st, 2022 a car reached a speed of 100 mph before bearing off the road and crashing into a brick wall at 5:30 in the morning. Inside the car was Dominic Russo, 20; Davion Flanagan, 19; and Makenzie Shirilla,17. Mackenzie was behind the wheel and the only survivor. She was charged with four counts of felonious assault and two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. On August 21st, 2023 she was found guilty after just four days of trial. But why did she plan to kill her boyfriend Dominic and his friend Davion?

In late 2010 when four bodies were found on Gilgo Beach and the Gilgo Beach serial Killer was discovered. As more bodies were found along the new york ocean parkway the Gilgo Beach serial killer was renamed the Long Island Serial Killer or LISK for short. After 13 years and 8 victims found, Rex Heuermann has been arrested. This is still an active case so comments about Rex are based on personal opinion and statements from police and those close to the case but are not facts proven in court. This episode is current as the publication of this episode but this case is constantly evolving so we will update on socials as we learn more. In April 1985, a friend of Derek and Nancy Haysom, would travel to their home in Boonsboro, VA to check on them after not hearing from them for a few days. The scene she found was not at all what she could have imagined as they both were found dead in their home with blood everywhere. Derrick was found near the doorway and Nancy was on the kitchen floor. It was a complete overkill and so many were shocked that this well off and well liked couple was killed. Valerie Hayes, Gary Blake Reburn, and Frank and Jennifer Amnott would forever leave their mark on Dayton when they visited in 2018. In the year 1977 everything would change for a seemingly wholesome and popular girl scout camp in Oklahoma, Camp Scott. This year would amount to “One of the most hideous crimes in the history of Oklahoma.” At around 6am, a camp counselor discovered a horrifying scene. She came across a sleeping bag with a child’s body inside on her way to the showers. Shortly after, it was discovered that 3 girls from tent number 8 had been brutally murdered, bludgeoned, strangled and assaulted.

1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men experience stalking at some point in their life. Most stalkers use multiple tactics such as unwanted phone calls, texts and emails, following, showing up unannounced and send gifts or cards. Most stalkers are actually someone you know such as an ex-partner or an acquaintance and only 19% are strangers.

Ed Kemper, nicknamed the Coed killer Murderer of his grandparents at just 15. He managed to con his way out of his first arrest sentence allowing him to murder 8 more people. Ed turned himself in after his last murder and decided to use his knowledge of serial killers to partner with and educate the FBI changing their Behavioral Science Unit forever. On December 23rd, 2015 Connie Dabate began her day as usual. Christmas was right around the corner and her kids were off to school that morning before they enjoyed the holiday break. However, Connie would never see her kids get off the bus that afternoon. Around 10 in the morning, she was shot twice while her husband was found tied to a chair. A 17-year-old girl, Maria Chiallella goes missing on Halloween night not to be found for a year, murdered by a convicted killer. When Halloween is supposed to be a night of candy and fun for most teenagers it cost one their life. Halloween 1981 was not the only night the New Jersey thrill killer, Richard Biegenwald, took a life.
