Listening to The DIP will give you tools, education, and fresh perspectives that will help you create a life driven by your intuition. An intuition-driven life is a coherent life where who you know yourself to be on the inside is reflected in what your life looks like on the outside. But this won't happen by accident! Tune in and let the transformation begin, your intuition is calling.
When you're open to money coming in expected and unexpected ways, things start to get fun.
When you choose to let go of security of the known for the expansive uncertainty of your dreams, you are my type of person.
I love this new POV to look at goals and it really reminds me of momentum-based manifestaiton!
Everything changed when I realized it didn't matter how much I feared, or doubted, or didn't see the path.
That it was my intuition calling me to step forth into a life that is beyond what my mind can even imagine.
And that scares the crap out of me. But realizing that I don't need get rid of my fear, I don't need get rid of my doubt, that it's happening. That's all I needed to know to really fly.
My mind is really trying to hold on to a life that makes sense is full of external validation, my soul has other plans.
Confidence is the ability to feel fear and doubt without it completely rocking your boat.
I realized that will all the clients I have lined up for April that it will be my highest earning month ever and I’m so here to celebrate this milestone!
It’s not a matter of blind faith, but of being a smart experimenter that will bring you to a designation beyond what you could even dream.
There’s a place for emotion and energetic works — and there’s a place for just making things stupid simple so they’re not overwhelming in the first place.
I’m most inspired right now by people who aren’t trying to do things “wrong” than abandon themselves.
A new, softer, more intelligent and spiritual way to set goals, if you even want to call it that!
The spiritual lesson under the obvious thing that you’re doing is where the magic lives ✨✨✨ plus a little insight on what it’s like to live with Adam 😂
Freedom with time, money, and emotions is maybe something you have idealized — but a part of you might fear freedom, too.
Perfectionism can take on different masks — and there are ways to walk yourself through it.
Move over spiritual bypassing, it’s time to chat spiritual gaslighting especially when it comes to money and money energetics.
If you're in an in-between in life and feel resistance just being. In fact you'd almost do anything to just get out of the void, to just find the answer, even if it's not really the answer you want. Then this message is for you.
Listen to this IFS inspired meditative activity to lead yourself through money stress and anxiety.
What to absolutely not do when it comes to money. Because buying nice things to make yourself feel better only lasts for so long.
This episode turned into a meditation of sorts to connect with your core self and allowing that part of you to lead.
This is more of a declaration that I am going to dive more fully into Internal Family Systems and parts work
Inspired by Jess Lively, I recorded a session between my mind and my intuition so you can have a tangible example of what it really means to live life from the inside out vs. the outside in.
I share this new idea I had today about writing a guide to help my logical boyfriend love an emotional women.
Hey I’m not always into the whole journaling about your beliefs thing. BUT right before you do something that calls you out of your comfort zone, I think writing down your limiting beliefs and choosing your expansive beliefs and then IMMEDIATELY applying it like a little experiment is really powerful.
You don't need to do any more inner work, it's time to show up in the real-world honey.
“Scarcity reduces our ability to manage and compute information known as our bandwidth. Our bandwidth measures our ability to pay attention, make good decisions, stick to plans, resist temptations, and so on. Scarcity uses up our bandwidth, which has negative impact on many aspects of our behavior, such as our patience, tolerance, attention and dedication.”
^^ quote from the book Scarcity: Why Having Too Little Means So Much
Can you have a full time job and a creative project you put your all in to???
It all comes down to BANDWIDTH and MOMENTUM.
BANDWIDTH: how might you cut yourself some slack and increase your bandwidth?
1️⃣ Reduce your work hours —> if you can take a pay cut, see if going to 75% or 50% will help increase your bandwidth (although in my experience I was able to contribute at the same level even tho I worked less hours and got paid less 🤔 so negotiating it w/o a pay cut is ideal path)
2️⃣ Reduce your workload —> hire a new team member or redistribute work (aka maybe it’s time to trust others more so there’s less on your plate)
MOMENTUM:
Get 👏 go 👏ing
Release the need to know what you want to do and just start doing something. Mobilize your creativity and taking messy, inspired action will get you closer to wherever you are going.
This was an instagram live recording - watch the video on my insta! But the takeaway is inspire yourself! Look back at past work you've done or create something now that will inspire your future self so you can zoom out and celebrate your own growth which superchargers your mometum.
Wow not going to lie I didn't want to record today, but being committed to this project that is bigger than me and how I am feeling in a particular day gave me the motivation to keep going!

In today's episode, I revisit the need to build a new muscle so that you have the strength to live life from the inside --> out vs. the outside --> in.
This episode is also on YouTube! And I talk about creative confidence and the best way to build it is by taking inspired, messy action in the the real world!
Do you ever see a gap between who you say you want to be and how you show up in real life? I had a major call out today on myself about this. A few episodes back I had said how my favorite version of myself is when I don't have plans and just go with the flow. BUT then I had the option to do that with a upcoming date night and I totally jumped into hyper planning mode which led to stress all over the place. Listen to hear how I called myself out on this and walked myself through it so that I actually can show up how I want to more in life and just ~roll with it~
I love connecting everything back to the nervous system of course. And creativity is so tied to expanding your nervous system's capacity to feel safe standing out.
In this episode, I talk about how fun it is to have a creative expression with no specific result or outcome in mind. I think we've become way to focused on final products that we've lost touch with creating just for the heck of it. Or living just for the heck of it! I share about how I went on a trip without any plans or anyone I knew and how that really brought out my favorite version of me.
Have you ever done something weird just to rebel against being cool? I think there's something refreshing about just doing whatever whimsical thing you feel called to do in the moment. Especially if that means dancing alone in the desert.
Obviously I don't have a huge following right now (no arguing with the 239 followers on instagram). But I realized I won't regret how many followers I have when I'm 80, but what I would regret is never trying. I would regret never trying to use my voice. Never trying to share my perspective and be a thought leader in a way that really matters to me irregardless of external validation.
On Day 2 of 100 days of momentum, I share my break through from yesterday about breaking the creative seal. How finding a creative warm up activity that helps you get out of judgement and into flow is a game-changing technique to kick-starting your creative expression.
Follow me on this journey of creating more creative momentum through the challenge of 100 days of podcasting in a row. Each 10 min episode will feature a topic about how getting out of "freeze" and into creation and tapping into your own creative potential by taking action. Progress over perfection people!
I think it's so precious, the beginning stages of an idea. Of the pureness of intention of just wanting to express what oozes out of you for no other reason than you want to and it feels good. In our society, we learn that something is only worth doing if it is "successful" aka makes money and gets attention. But I'm here to challenge that. I think something is worth doing even if only one person notices -- and even if that one person is you 5 years from now.
In this episode, I dive into the social nervous system and how it impacts our relationship with money. Think co-dependency, people pleasing, and the good girl mentality and how that all can cost us a lot in the short and long term.

In this episode, I explain what scarcity means and how it impacts the mind and body. Often words like "scarcity," "abundance," and "capitalism" get tossed around without a shared understanding of what they really mean and how they are connected. So I take the time to define them in simple terms and share the facts about how our current version of capitalism thrives off of scarcity. I also speak to how we can start to make change by working with our own nervous system and putting pressure on lawmakers to make systemic changes that will reduce scarcity in the United States.

In this episode, I walk through the connection between money and the nervous system. How money can trigger our threat reflex and the impact that has on our ability to think straight and make informed decisions with money. And how we actually need to focus more on our bodies and less on our mindset when it comes to money.
