With 9 forms of capital under your care you may sometimes focus on one form more than others. You may find good success in that one area, but you might be neglecting one of the others. The goal of whole stewardship is to keep a balance between all. If you become too focused on one at the expense of another you will be out of balance and mismanage one over the other. It’s important to take an audit regularly to ensure a proper balance. In this episode I will give some examples of how this can happen, and what you can do to ensure a good balance reminder.
Good stewardship often means setting ambitious goals and working toward them. Spending time with others who do the same can help propel you forward in your own aspirations. Or it may open new opportunities to collaborate with like minded individuals. It’s often said you’re the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Today I sit down with Brandon Jones, and very ambitious leader running for governor of California and the founder of the Restore California movement. We address Business and leadership topics and well as the core issues facing our society and how Brandon intends to address them.

And no, Jesus was not the first socialist. Your worldview affects your opinion on Labor laws and business incentives, among other things. We discuss the Necessity of a free market, today on the whole steward.

We look at the balancing act between your business and your family in an exhortation in steadfast love and faithfulness through the grind and in great success, today on the whole steward.

Many stewards and managers in ancient times were slaves. Sadly, the English word “slave” has been tainted by modern western slavery in America, Britain and elsewhere, thus making it hard to use that word without forming some notion of grotesque human oppression. But slavery is still prevalent and we must acknowledge its implications. We’ll look at The Slavery of Today today on the whole steward.

Stewardship goes far beyond managing your finances. In fact, the 9 forms of capital under your care are Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Experiential, Social, Cultural, Material, Financial, and Time. Listen and learn from a veteran of life as we touch on all nine with my good friend, Mel Murray, today on The Whole Steward.
Media have always served a vital role in conveying information between people. The thoughts, ideas, and opinions of man, whether true or false, are transferred via a medium, the broadest of which are visual and audio communication. We talk about the history and power of media, and your voice, today on The Whole Steward.
They said of him: “God is with you in all that you do." The LORD has greatly blessed my master, and he has become great. He has given him flocks and herds, silver and gold, male servants and female servants, camels and donkeys. who has not forsaken his steadfast love and his faithfulness toward my master. This is part 2 of the stewardship of Abraham, today on The Whole Steward.
He was very rich in livestock, land, silver, and gold. He had a very beautiful wife. He led 318 of his trained men, warriors, into battle and won. He lived out righteousness and justice, with many great promises given him. He believed God and it was counted to him as righteousness. We look at the life of Abraham, today on the whole steward.
How do you feel about the cost of living where you live? Is it affordable, unaffordable, how does it compare with other places in the country or the world for that matter? A new city just took the lead as the most expensive city in the United States, and no it isn't San Fransisco. Can you guess what city it is? I'll tell you, and then talk about the affordability crises, today on the whole steward.
When it comes to the basics of life, there isn't anything more basic than food and water. Next is clothing and shelter. Being as wealthy as we are, we often don't stop to think about these basics, which is a good thing. The complexity of this system could tempt us to worry. Where does our food come from, how does it get here? We'll look at some of these answers and whether we should worry about it, today on The Whole Steward.

There's a rule often hailed by Christendom and secularism alike. Laws are made based on it. People seek to live by it. Religions around the world teach it. It's important and it might surprise you, today on The Whole Steward.
There's a machine invented in the 20th century which has changed our lives fundamentally in a way not seen since maybe the invention of the wheel? I don't know, but I'll venture to say life will never be the same again. It's opened the door for a new approach to how we interact with each other in the economy. We talk CBDCs today on The Whole Steward.
Have you been thinking about starting your own business? Have you just started, or are you several years in, but not where you want to be or should be? This takes a lot of courage, but it also takes a lot of wisdom. Our very special guest, Gary Moore, takes us through some key things to help you be successful in that endeavor, today on The whole Steward.
You can't win a game you're not playing. But when it comes to the current economy and the state of our society, we're all in it. There will be winners and losers. We'll talk the power of now, today on The Whole Steward.
Today we take a trip through the last 3+ years of the Covid-19 Pandemic response history in hopes to learn from it rather than repeat it. Those who don't learn from history are bound to repeat it.
There are several natural disasters which have captured the attention of our country recently, affecting 1000s of peoples lives in ways some of us can not even imagine. There are several natural disasters which have captured the attention of our country recently, affecting 1000s of peoples lives in ways some of us can not even imagine. Why do we see household formation being delayed later and later in life? Marriage is delayed now to a median age of over 30 for men and 28 for women. As far as we know, this is the highest it's ever been, at least for millennia. Why is that and what can be done about it, today on the whole steward.
We'll take a look at housing in the bible and housing in the CPI index today. How it's is derived and weighted which might surprise you, but will help you better manage God's gifts.

What does this mean for the millions of borrowers with well over a trillion dollars in student debt? And what does it mean for those considering taking on student debt? Today, on the whole steward.
In all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty. The blessing of the LORD makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. This and many other proverbs point to the results of wisdom in stewardship. But what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? We'll answer that question today on the whole steward.
In this episode we dive into the implementation and history of private property in our own society and how it's now under attack. You can see this in the founding documents of the United States. Then we'll look at how there are people and organizations seeking to undermine these fundamental rights and institutions, and how that is a direct attack on the created order.
Today we look at the necessity of private property. Have you ever considered private ownership of property to be so important that it is actually necessary? We'll learn today how this truth is grounded squarely in the 10 commandments, what role it plays at the core of our society, and how this foundation is currently under attack, today on the whole steward.
You live somewhere you call home and someone owns the property on which you live. We'll discuss what's rarely mentioned about home equity, today on the whole steward.
As you've probably heard, the debt crisis is talked about every time the national debt ceiling is reached. The pattern seems to always repeat, the debt ceiling was raised, the "crises" evaded. Back to business as usual, everything's ok now. Or is it? We talk about debt and what it means for you, today on the Whole Steward.
As you know, I'm a real estate investor, so I enjoy talking all things real estate. The question is, compared to what? We'll explore the answers to those today on the whole steward.
Today we'll take a brief look at the stewardship of our bodies, which is one of the forms of living capital under our care. The foundation upon which Western society was built is slowly but surely being chipped away and destroyed.
