Welcome to the chaos! My name is Jordan Parker, the host of Jordan, Chronically. I am so excited to be able to share my highs and lows with you while we try to navigate chronic illness, childhood trauma, family, and christianity. This podcast will cover serious topics such as mental health, suicide, Christianity, parenting, and chronic illness. I am so excited about this podcast and cannot wait to connect with you on a deeper level. I am eager to share, inspire, and give hope to people who feel alone and lost. Thank you so much for listening and following along my journey.
Hi friends! As I've shared recently, my life is currently messy. I am going through more stress than I ever have in one specific season and what better way to handle it than with God and sharing in the brokenness. Please know you are so loved. Your pain does have purpose and can be life giving if you allow it to be. God hears you and He's waiting for you to call upon Him to walk with you through this. Here you'll find 5 very practical steps to begin changing your thoughts from negative to positive, no matter the circumstances in your life.
SURPRISE! I had no intention of recording an episode but here I am. I felt like God pushed me into breaking free from some mental blocks I've had about sharing more on my podcast. This episode is super vulnerable. I give you front row seating to how messy my life has been. Please be kind. I am so thankful for each and everyone of you. I am praying that God uses this for his glory and we can break free of some heavy chains together. I have no idea whats next but I trust God.
This episode goes into detail about suicide, addiction, mental illness, and more. Please use discretion when listening.
WELCOME TO SEASON 2!
I had no intention of making this an hour-long episode, so buckle up. I am so thankful for the opportunity to share my testimony and life with all of you. Please always know that you are so loved and valued.
THIS IS WILD! I cannot believe we're finished with the first season of Jordan, Chronically. This was just a random idea I had several months ago and now its a reality for me and I am so incredibly grateful for all of you and this opportunity! I cannot wait to start recording season 2 next week!

Just like the last episode, this one is rough. This episode talks heavily about the process I took to work towards healing. Healing is not linear and there is not a one size fits all. This is my experience as I walk through this journey in my personal life, right now. This episode does talk about trauma, addiction, suicide, and more. Please use discretion while listening, if you are not in a good place mentally come back to this episode another time.
It seems as if I have a ton of background noise in this episode and I am so sorry! This is raw and unedited, recorded live right from my dining room table. Thank you so much to all who listen. I appreciate you all so much. You are a bright part of what is one of the darkest times in my life and I am so very thankful for each of you. Truly.
This was an incredibly hard episode to record. Although I do not go into detail about the aspects of neglect and abuse I endured, I want to express that if you're experiencing trauma, this might not be the right episode for you right now. I am in a place where my goal and priority is to heal so that I don't ruin my relationships with my daughters. My intention is never to hurt or shame anyone but to heal me. Finally.
I am so glad to be recording today! It was a very random thought I had when waking up this morning! I am so thankful so many of you wanted more episodes from me and I cannot wait to connect and discuss what life is like living with chronic illness.
I am not sure what type of schedule I will be on as far as posting goes but I am grateful for the opportunity to speak on these really great misconceptions about living life with chronic illness.
As always this video is unedited! If you noticed long pauses, changes in volume, or static it's because this podcast is the raw and original recording.
I appreciate all of you so much. Thank you for being part of my support system. You truly are so loved.
Truly, this episode is more for me than anyone else. I am hopeful that getting things off my chest that I've been carrying for the last year is helpful to my growth and healing moving forward. I hope this encourages you, too.
WOW - what a wild ride. In 2008 I had experimental surgery in Mexico in hopes of potentially curing my Type 1 Diabetes. I think we all know how this ends.
This episode is dedicated to all of the wonderful supporters from my social media platforms. I absolutely love getting the opportunity to connect on a deeper level with all of you.
Please do not be offended if I didn't answer your question, it is likely because I want to use it for another episode!
ENJOY!
