Hosted on 103.5 Hum FM every Saturday 4 - 6 P.M. Open forum is the leading and longest running talk show in Houston. Hosted by Subodh Bhuchar, Jagat Kamdar and Smriti Singh. A large part of the charm of these three unlikely radio talk-show hosts is that they like to mix it up on the air, even letting some local supporters sit in as the lead anchor when one of them is away. The word ‘Open’ fits their approach nicely to the free-ranging, purposely loose-knit program as they allow a free flow of ideas on the air every Saturday afternoon for two-hours.

This gives the Fort Bend county Commissioner's court a Republican advantage of 3:2 votes.
Obviously this helps the Republicans in changing the district lines in their favor just as the Democrats had done their way a few years ago.

Parents are the most important stakeholders in any school district. Several parents have reached out to me to ask why did the FBISD superintendent abruptly resign a few days ago. I have been in the dark, just as other stakeholders have.
OPEN FORUM will try to shed light on this matter and bring some transparency in the matters of the district. The taxpayers and voters of the 8th largest school district in Texas should have some ideas of what lead to this decision.
