@roeland For me, it was back then, and still is to bring the people together. Right. my personal goal is, I like to organize stuff. It really brings up, energy in myself. To do this kind of stuff. But I think the goal for HiveFest is just to bring the people together.
By just bringing them together and they can learn from each other and make new, valuable connections or, strengthen already existing connections. And those are really the core values I think of the event. Obviously this can happen through either, yeah, the more educational part where people challenge each other by listening to their presentations or having discussions on the presentation platform.
But also on the more, well, social parts of the event where people grow together in different kind of ways.

The purpose of the podcast
The goal my father has given me is to share the stories that are told inside Hive. To give the world the opportunity to hear from Hive members who live every day sharing the values of this hive.
How will we achieve this?
My father @awildovasquez, has the idea in his head to invite Hive members to have conversations with them to tell things the way they want to.
Any person or account can sit in front of a microphone and tell in first person all the things they want and you can help us by commenting who you would like us to invite.
The format of the episodes will be in video and the RSS feed will be taken from @threespeak to publish them on all podcast platforms through https://podcastindex.org/.
Before each episode, short films will be created that will work as promotion for the full episode. So far the idea is to release one full episode a week, but we do not rule out increasing this number if the results are very good.
It will be spoken in Spanish or English.
"Everything that is measurable is improvable".
To measure the success of this podcast, our first number we want to reach is 500 plays per episode per month with the sum of plays from 3speak, Youtube, Spotify, Apple Podcast and others.

Cualquier persona o cuenta puede sentarse al frente de un micrófono y contar de primera persona todas las cosas que quiera y tú puedes ayudarnos comentando a quien te gustaría que invitamos.
El formato de los episodios serán en video y se tomará el RSS desde @threespeak para publicarlos en todas las plataformas de podcast mediante https://podcastindex.org/
Antes de cada episodio, se crearán cortos que funcionarán como promoción del episodio completo. Hasta ahora la idea es lanzar un episodio completo a la semana, pero no se descarta aumentar esta cifra si los resultados son muy buenos.

Para medir el éxito de este podcast, nuestro primer número que queremos alcanzar son las 500 reproduciones por episodio al mes con la suma de las reproduciones de 3speak, Youtube, Spotify, Apple Podcast y otros.
Para alcanzar esta cifra, el 50% de las recompensas en Hive iran destinadas para promociones de cada episodio.
