Over 25 years of experience in rare earth manufacturing and commercialization. Successfully implemented numerous commercial and government contracts for the security and authentication industry. Mr. Bell has generated numerous trade secret and patented technologies used in many commercial applications today.
Julie Pilat is an award-winning music, media and digital entertainment executive, born and raised in Seattle and currently based in Los Angeles. She is sought after for her ability to help established companies and startups alike make a lasting impact on culture, all while tirelessly advocating for artists by cultivating new discovery mechanisms for their music.
Julie is one of the architects of streaming music. Julie spent eight years as a key executive at Apple Music. After she was initially recruited by Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre to be the first Head of Music at Beats in 2013. Julie took on an expanded role following Beats’ 2014 acquisition by Apple to launch Beats 1, the first radio station to broadcast live from L.A., New York and London 24/7 (via Apple Music) to more than 150 countries worldwide. Julie oversaw everything from the superstar artists who hosted Apple-exclusive shows to building out Apple’s own roster of talent and making them household names.
Kevin is a subject matter expert on Audio Broadcasting and a 6-time Emmy winner for technical excellence. Kevin has working in broadcasting for the last 22 years and is now a specialist for Disney Media Entertainment Distribution. Kevin has been in the entertainment field since 1987 beginning in music running the Roseland Ballroom, in New York City. Kevin then transitioned to Broadway for 6 years on various musicals. Transitioning to television Kevin is most notably associated with Indy 500, the College Football National Championship, Invictus Games working with Prince Harry’s team, the open championship, and the X-games to name a few as an audio producer.
Brian’s career has consisted of working in private sector security and the intelligence community. Brian’s assignments include time at the Indiana’s Intelligence Fusion center as an Intelligence Analyst tasked with criminal gang investigations and international terror organizations as it affected the state of Indiana. Brian is the Executive Director of the Simon Property Group's Operational Intelligence Center (OIC) and is responsible for managing, monitoring, and guiding daily activities and job performances of over 130 personnel to meet Simon Property Groups intent of being a safe and secure environment for all visitors.

The OIC continues to evolve the method of monitoring and managing security operations while maximizing security resources by blending cutting-edge technologies with a highly trained workforce.
Dan is world renowned security and law enforcement expert and has served in various capacities over the last 30 years in both public and private law enforcement/security organizations. Dan served through the ranks, starting a s a rookie police officer, and retiring as the first deputy commissioner of public safety for police and fire in New York. Dan has extensive experience in various specialties to include tactical operations, accident reconstruction, and crime prevention through environmental design to name a few. Dan also is the president of Prodigy Protection an organization who specializes in custom risk management and analysis for high profile people and organizations throughout the globe.
Matthew Straeb is the the current Chief Technology Officer and EVP for Alert FM an emergency broadcast solution used throughout North America. Matthew is also the Co-Founder of the Heart Gallery of America and President of the Heart Gallery of Florida. The Heart Gallery takes professional photos of children that are up for adoption capturing their character and personalities. The Heart Gallery is responsible for assisting in around 8000 adoptions a year from their 75 locations throughout the US and Canada.
