Feelings, we all have them and we all need to FEEL them.In this episode we are talking all things feelings and everything that comes along with them. As the seasons change and life get more "life-y" those feelings need to go somewhere. Are you processing those feelings or are you pushing them down to deal with later? The Oprah quote Sara mentions in the first few minutes is “Please take responsibility for the energy you bring into this space” We both love Oprah and her Super Soul Podcast and yes, it may be a bucket list item to get to be on her show. (So here we are, feeling our feelings and putting our dreams into the universe.)

Stabilization used to be a word Ashley did not understand. So much so that it was a deep fear. Having moved frequently when she was younger it was a foreign concept both physically and emotionally. So when Sara said she wanted to do an episode all about it, well, let's just say it took Ashley a little bit to agree to it. Once we started talking, we realized how fun it is to look back and realize how far we've come.

We are looking behind the curtain, under the hood or into the closet, whatever analogy you prefer. Fear can start as a whisper and grow into a hurricane if you don't face it. We are excited to be talking about fear this week.

Episode 14, what a ride! This week we get vulnerable as we share both of our journeys into plant medicine. Psilocybin has been on both of our lists for awhile now and the universe lined it up perfectly for us.  With an absolutely amazing guide and coach we both had an experience we will never forget. Listen along as we take you through our experiences and share what came out on the other side. As we said in the episode multiple times, we do not endorse this. This is an experience we chose to have and believe everyone needs to make that decisions for themselves.

Joy might be Ashley's default but Sara has been leaning in very beautifully to it these days! In this episode we will be diving into living life in color vs in the grey and how that can ebb and flow. This is Ashley speaking here. Sara mentioned a quote about 10 minutes in and for the life of me I cannot find it. Once she has found it we will update the notes. (Let's be honest here, she is FULL of motivational quotes so for me to remember and find them is hard sometimes.) ;) We hope you enjoy listening and if you haven't seen Inside Out yet, what are you waiting for?
